Great company! My tech, Victor kept me posted on his arrival time. When he arrived he inspected my thermostat. We were having some cabinet work done and the guys had to disconnect the A/C wires and when they reconnected the wires the A/C would not come back on. The fuse had blown and once he replaced the A/C came back on. Since he was already there we had him install a surge protector on the whole A/C system. He even stayed to make sure it was working properly. Great customer service. Champion Air is an awesome company!!

I was introduced to Champion Air through Costco and am so thankful! Neil came out and learned about what we needed and were looking for. He was upfront about the process and the cost.
The install day came and Chris and Carlos did a wonderful job! We are so happy with our new system and feel better going into summer.
I don’t take a before picture but envision 20 year old units that sat in the sun. Champion also cleaned up the wiring and it looks so good and clean now!

We had our annual maintenance today along with a repair request. Our technician Larry F prepped us for his arrival (on time) with a text. He patiently allowed me to explain the repair request and quickly diagnosed the problem. He reassured me with his expertise and knowledge base. He took the time to review and check each of our units and provided timely and frankly needed advice. We were also impressed when he took the time to check with the experts in the office for pricing and some additional engineering questions that we had.Overall this is a great and well run business with staff that do really care about the work and the clients that rely on them.

Jonathan Crockatt was one of the best techs i have had at my home. He did an outstanding job checking my airconditioning unit and mini split.
Champion air is the way to go.

Did a great job inspecting system and, along with being very friendly, my technician, Randy, explained what he'd done and whether anything needed attention. He was exactly what I'm looking for in a company - doing what I paid them to do - my semi-annual inspection.

Last company with the initials P.R. decided that they should be paid to come to my houser for an inspection and demand that I allow them to spend hours going through my house and then take an hour of my time to try to sell me on replacing all the wiring and plumbing in my house, Literally, had to demand they leave my property and they never actually bothered to inspect the A/C.

Champion Air does their job professionally and respectfully. Can't recommend them more.

Really appreciate the work performed by Chris Lopez. He quicky identified a tough HVAC issue and avoided a costly repair. All the techs I have dealt with are very experienced and customer focused!

Five star service from start to finish! Hoss F. came out initially to do an estimate on a new HVAC system, and Chris G. and his partner came out to install the new system. Everyone was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and made the entire process so easy!!

Whomever came up with the name “Champion Air” to describe this company, is a genius. They truly are CHAMPIONS. I am so happy and thankful that I chose this company to install my new HVAC system(s). There was no “Car Dealership” atmosphere of trying to negotiate an inflated price down to something acceptable. They were straight forward with a VERY competitive price, without the need for negotiating. Everyone involved from start to finish, was extremely professional and kept us informed as things progressed. They worked extremely fast and efficiently. Ray, Christian and the entire crew did an exceptional job, every step of the way. My wife and I both appreciated the extra care taken during cleanup after the job was complete. They left everything spotless with no trace of them even having been there (except for the brand new installed equipment. THANK YOU Champion Air for living up to your name!

Jonathan did an after hours repair when my AC went out. He was very knowledgeable, explained the issue and repair in detail, and was great about communicating arrival time as my house was getting very hot. Really appreciate fast, comprehensive service!

Alex did a great job. He was honest, knowledgeable, very patient with my questions, helped me understand how to navigate my smart thermostat, and was experienced with my equipment. My only feedback for improvement, not just this service call, but every time an HVAC technician has to go into my attic; they remove and replace the panel with dirty hands, and every time I have to get on a ladder to clean the panel. HVAC companies, please make the change.

Our tech Tyler was prompt, professional, and did a thorough job. He spent a great deal of time inspecting and cleaning both the indoor ant outdoor units. Afterward he explained everything he did and showed me pictures of the unit. Highly recommend this company and Tyler!

Our air handler started leaking last night pretty bad. I got an appointment this morning and a technician, Victor Martinez, came out within a few hours. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He was very nice and friendly and gave great customer service.

I would give them zero stars if possible. The tech Zach and Victor that came out have been amazing but the office lady Liz is completely rude and unprofessional. My mom's AC went out in August so we got a unit through them and NOBODY told my mom that they were also switching her gas heat to an electric pump which BTW freezes when it gets too cold so your house is filled with nothing but cold air all night and then when you call to have someone come out it's of course during the day when the sun is out so the unit isn't getting too cold but when my mom just got off the phone with Liz she was extremely rude with one of be comments being "I'm going to have to contact my install manager because this is just ridiculous" in the snottiest tone possible. Lady who do you think this is more ridiculous for you the woman just getting the call and having to dispatch a tech to do the job they are paid to do none the less or the customer paying almost $20,000 for a unit that doesn't work half the time. They claim to be 24 hours yet she refuses to send a tech out in the middle of the night when the issue is happening. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
