I have had a great experience working with ALASKAN. I had my whole system replaced and the entire staff has been excellent to work with starting with the receptionist. They are all very professional, clean, thorough , on time and friendly! Jeremy is my main contact and service man at Alaskan and he is the BEST! Always available to help, professional, knowledge, and a great problem solver! I made the right section to go with Alaskan!

Jeremy is fantastic! Showed up super quickly, later in the evening than those that normally work. He’s a life saver. Also a stand up guy. I appreciate the work he did. Jeremy gets a 5/5 star.

Overall the price was a bit far off from the value. Jeremy showed up at an emergency time of the evening so the work was more expensive than usual, but for $636 the value just isn’t there. There was only about 25 mins of diagnostics and labor for the replacement of a $200 part. Nonetheless the company charges a flat rate, so it’s a bit of a scam. Find a good local company, independent contractor, or friend who will work with you in an itemized way.

Jeremy came out to look at our air conditioner that wasn't working. We really like working with Jeremy because he always does a great job for us and is such a nice guy. In no time at all, he figured out the problem and had it up and running again

Josh Nancarrow was great. Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I'd like to have Josh do the tune-up on my heat pump in the future.

AC froze up on a 112° day and my home warranty company provider could not come for 2 days. My friend recommended Alaskan AC, I called at 8:45pm and they had me scheduled between 8 & 11 the next morning. In the meantime, I changed my filter and my AC was working again the next morning. Many thanks to Jeremy for taking the time to talk to me. Since the filter was dirty the airflow was impacted causing the unit to freeze up. He didn’t want to charge me the service call fee for him to come out and say everything is fine. We canceled the appointment and I will call if I have any other issues, but the house is cooling down! Jeremy and Alaskan AC has definitely earned my business. Thank you for you professionalism, integrity and honesty!!

Nick came out and was quick and professional. He explained everything, and got our furnace ready for winter. Great!

Tech arrived on time, did the system tune up, educated us on the system, showed us a filter we didn't even know we had and cleaned up before leaving. No hard sell on new products. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Jeremy was very thorough in his investigation. He fixed what he was able to as he was by himself. He alluded that if this were to happen again, that a new pan and line would need to be put in. Hopefully, that would be no charge as well.

Elijah did an amazing job servicing the A/C. He was very professional and even took the time to secure a condensation pipe that had been dislodged during a storm. He was extremely thorough with his maintenance of my system. Having a efficient system is critical to me.
He was outstanding!

We had a new AC unit put int and our ductwork redone and the install created a leak which then caused roof repairs. They do not stand by their equipment or service. They upcharge and nickel and dime for everything and customer service when there is any issue is horrendous!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will be happy to take your money though! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Elijah was professional, thorough, has a pleasant personality and gave us options for an area that wasn’t up to code.
We talked through other important pieces to help maintain our units when away and home.

Dylan was prompt and very thorough. He was also very pleasant. We will definitely use Alaskan Air again!

Nick let us know when he was on his way via text and phone. He was many hours earlier than the forecasted arrival window (great for us)! He advised us of best and worst cases scenarios, proceeded with necessary repairs, and then did a multi-point inspection with recommendations at end. Couldn’t have been happier from beginning to end!
