Super reliable company they transform my property into spotless clean leaving our school sparkling clean we have 28 classrooms that they clean every night and they have about eight people there cleaning but this is one of our biggest schools here in Mesa that they clean and the supervisor comes to expect every night and they clean very good no complaints .
Since we have this company. They are super responsible and the manager replies back to me every time when something needs to be taken care of. Avoid at all costs.

Called and asked for a quote for a Move-Out clean and what I was quoted was higher than what my complex wanted to charge me so I told him no thank you.

The manager then told me he would do it for less than the apartment would charge me and insisted that he and his wife desperately needed the business. I decided to go with him since he was willing to give me a deal.

He came and cleaned and when he left we inspected the property and it was still filthy. Hair in drawers, stains in cabinets, dust on baseboards, soap stains in the shower, dishwasher was not cleaned nor was the oven, and many other things that are required for a move out clean were not done. I honestly have no idea what he did for 2 hours on site.

When I asked the manager about these things not being done he told me that those are all part of the move-out package and all I had paid for was a basic clean, even though he knew the only reason I went with his company was because he would do a MOVE OUT clean for less than my complex. The invoice he sent to me literally said Move-Out clean. I followed up and told him these things and he never responded.

He is deceitful and he completely ripped me off. Not to mention he told me how nice the neighborhood he lives in is and all his business plans, all of which came after telling me how badly his he and his wife needed my business.

I am not one to lead bad reviews, I have had terrible service and just went along with my day, but this was a new low.

Avoid at all costs.
