Worst service company I’ve ever dealt with. If they send John to your property be very concerned. In a hurry to collect my money but a week later and the repair hasn’t been touched. Also claim to be A+ rating by the BBB but are not accredited. Look it up. So to follow up they said they would send a “supervisor “ over to “take a peek” ( their words) at my irrigation system that somehow quit working correctly after they failed to fix my leak. BTW I called another company that fixed my leak within 3 hours after calling them. That’s some outstanding service !👍

Process from scheduling to completion was efficient and professional. Angel was on time,, courteous, and efficient. Work site for my sprinkler repair was cleaned up and returned to original condition.

I had an exceptional experience with Allegiance today. My old gas water heater needs to be replaced. I called Allegiance yesterday and discussed with David who is very knowledgeable, transparent and told me pros and cons among the different water heaters. I decided to go with 50 gallon Bradford White water heater. Ruben came in next day and clearly explained to me what is the process. He is excellent, very skillful and told me how to maintain it. He cleaned everything afterwards. I am very happy with their services and will call Allegiance for my plumbing issues for sure.

Ruben from Allegiance Water Services did an excellent job again today. I had water hammer issue for a couple of months and my pipes coming out the main pipe weren't connected right by a previous plumber. The irrigation system controller needs to be replaced as well And it is now upgraded to an enabling phone control unit. Ruben did an excellent job on replacing the unit and repiping everything. It only took him an hour and they work great! Ruben is very experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. It wouldn't go wrong for Ruben to do your plumbing jobs.

I saw one of their service vehicles on the road and with blind faith sent an email. I am very impressed with their communication and quick service. Lawson was wonderful… explaining what he was doing and why. I definitely recommend Allegiance Water!

Installed my Rachio 3. Did a great job. Even helped me set up the timing on the app on my phone. Lawson was the guy who helped me out. Could tell he knew his stuff and good at diagnosing what the issue was. I think I finally found an irrigation company I can call on after bouncing around multiple companies for various issues.

I watched John install two Flo by Moen shut off valves and reconfigure a complicated main water supplysystem coming into the house. He is certainly an expert at what he does. John is very personable and easily explained to me what he would be doing. I would highly recommend John and allegiance Water Services,.

Eloy is amazing! He’s so dependable, knowledgeable and always just a true joy to have around. He’s is patient with all of our questions and his work is always top notch. We have been working with him for 6 years now and are looking forward to many more to come.

Great customer service from calling to schedule service up to the end when the job has been completed. Both David and Angel are really great guys who will make you feel like a valued customer. Their prices are reasonable and in one instance beat competing bids.

Excellent experience! First, we called several companies and Macho was the only one to call us back. Alfredo got someone out to my place right away. John arrived exactly when he was supposed to and was very fast and efficient. Turns out my septic system was clogged with flushable wipes (do not flush these!). He cleared the system and explained everything to me during the process, which I really appreciated. Super friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this company for septic service.

I highly recommend Macho Plumbing they solved a really difficult problem. Kenny and Chris worked unbelievable hard solving the problem. They were professional and really so nice.

These guys are great. They repair and service my sewer lift stations and it has never been easier for me. Most places you have to line up their tech and a sewage pumper truck to be there at the same time, which is difficult. Macho has their own pumper truck and they're speedy fast. I wouldn't go anywhere else
