We contacted MACHO after we had an issue with the drainage right before we had to go out of town.
They scheduled us right in for a septic pumping.

Rep from Macho was able to get a tech to mitigate a water leak from an ABS lav drain and quickly replaced the damaged pipe, test, and clean the work area. Price was reasonable for the work performed. I would consider working with them again.

One example of this was a septic repair that two other companies had not been able to help with. When I met Alfredo at the job to get their opinion on what could be done next, I immediately knew that he was the right guy to help us out. They scheduled the job for the very next day, showed up on time, dug to the septic tank, completed the job and there have been no problems since.

Macho just spent the morning at my house trying to find a loose pipe. In the end they found a faulty shower faucet valve was causing all of the noise in my wall. Kenny and Tyler did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were finished.

Macho plumbing (Kenny) has always been easy to work with and their prices seem fair to me. Definitely my favorite plumbers I've ever worked with. He had an apprentice, Tyler, that helped with my water heater flush this time. He was personable and friendly, too. I've used them for three or four services. Always punctual and kind.

Good work and went extra mile to cover septic cap with dirt when I said I could do that. Low price & responsive. Communication could have been better as I asked to be called when they arrived at my rental property so I could oversee but they didn't contact me. Minor lapse there. Overall good & would use them in the future.

Called macho to start up a new tankless water heater that was installed by a contractor during construction. They were unable to get it started and told me gas line had water in it and new water heater was damaged internally and I needed a new one. Before I purchased a new $1200 water heater I called another plumber who simply installed a pressure regulators ( gas line pressure was too high for unit to turn on) and water heater works great. Would not call Macho again to do any diagnostic work.
