Colby and Mike from serenity goes above and beyond with their service. My shower faucet was leaking. I was able to get an appointment the next day and arrived on time and fixed the issue.
The technicians are all very knowledgeable and honest and offer great customer service. I recommend this company to all my friends and family. I would only use serenity company from now on. thank you.

Serenity plumbing is really a joy to work with! Refreshing to have nice and honest plumbers that are doing quality work at fair prices. They actually looked at what we had and what it would take instead of like the other big box companies that quoted a flat rate (not showing hourly or labor charges or anything) that was literally twice as much for the exact same unit. Amazing!

Colby and Mike were very straightforward and honest about what was needed. Did exactly what they said and didn’t charge an arm and a leg like the larger companies do in Phoenix. Perfect experience!

Serenity Plumbing was a godsent. Easily a 5+ star rating. I had a major water leak caused by the supply line of a built-in, expensive column refrigerator and freezer setup. I called Serenity Plumbing, and Mike came to the rescue. He didn’t sell me something I didn’t need and gave me great advice on how to help prevent future water issues. Mike walked me through everything he was going to do to make sure I understood and agreed with his plan of action. Serenity Plumbing quickly updated the refrigerator water box, added a water pressure value on main and replaced hoses where needed. Out of an abundance of caution, he added an access panel so I could manually shut off the fridge waterline without turning off the entire house water or tearing apart the complicated built-in unit. Mike and Serenity Plumbing have a 100% share of mind. I only wish I found them sooner, but I’ve got an incredible plumber on speed dial. Thank you again for your professionalism, rapid response and overall incredible customer service!

I cannot say enough good things about Serenity Plumbing! I had a last-minute plumbing issue—a garbage disposal that needed replacing—on the day I was hosting a big dinner. To make matters worse, my original plumber canceled on me at the last minute. In a bit of a panic, I called Serenity Plumbing, and they absolutely saved the day!

Today I had an exceptionally pleasing experience with Flush King Plumbing Company. The scope of work included purchase and installation of a whole house water conditioning system as well as an irrigation repair. Prior to the installation appointment, I price shopped several major water treatment vendors so I was aware of price and quality. They had been previously recommended for fair pricing options. The installation appointment started at 8:00 and was completed by 12:30 by a cordial gentleman,Tom, who was informative and efficient. The price was very reasonable and installation was stressless. It was a nice surprise to experience excellence and quality service and I will call Flush King for future plumbing needs.

Used Flush King today (March '25) for some repairs on toilet plumbing that I tried doing myself and they were awesome. I have used them before and not sure if I wrote a review previously, but the work then was fantastic.
