I never write reviews but once again these guys came in clutch on short notice. Great pricing and timely service. My technician Tom was very well spoken and polite. Clearly explained things to me and did excellent work. Pointed out a potential issue and helped me get ahead of it. Tom 11/10

Would highly recommend Flush King for any plumbing needs!! I was in a pinch and called them up, Tyler Weindorf showed up within 90 mins and fixed up and tightened a toilet of mine that was basically non functional, and also very efficiently installed a bidet for me in a different bathroom. He was knowledgeable, prompt, and the work he did was top notch. He also left me with some recommendations for things to take care of in the near future. Will definitely be calling up Flush King again if we have any plumbing issues!

The owner, Chris, is really knowledgeable and has a great team working with him. My tech, Anthony, was tremendous. He gave me clear pricing, showed me the area in need of repair, and was very professional. The work was done quickly, neatly, and as agreed. I 100% recommend Flush King Plumbing and Rooter. They are the best I have had service my properties here in Phoenix over the last 20+ years.

They recently added air conditioning services, and Ted and his team took care of maintenance and repairs on my unit. Everything was done professionally and with great care. I would highly recommend Flush King for any plumbing need. I called them for an emergency water leak and they were at the house within two hours. Did extensive repairs to our hot water line and had it all fixed by the next afternoon. Tyler is efficient, professional and his work is impeccable. Thank you for the great service.

Andrew was awesome. I was in tears of frustration with a leaky toilet.(I tried to fix it myself). Andrew answered my call on a Sunday and within minutes of arriving (masked and bootied) the problem was fixed.

I am the store manager at Pauls Ace hardware on McDonald and Granite reef in Scottsdale and we had a plumbing emergency in the store. Our main line ball valve bursted and had water pouring everywhere. Andrew was there within minutes and fixed it within an hour. They are so efficient and craftsmen at what they do. I have full confidence referring them to anybody in need of any plumbing work. Wish I could give more then 5 stars!!

You never enjoy finding a leak, especially on a Friday afternoon! I called my "regular plumber" and got his voice mail, then 15 minutes later the callback in a grumpy voice informing me he was out of town. Luckily it appeared it was a one time event. Then Saturday it happened agsin, twice. What to do? I went on my neighbor site and there were glowing reviews for Andrew and Platinum Services. I texted Andrew and said I didn't think it was an emergency. He texted back immediately and said he cold. Be here between 11 and 12 on Monday. He was here at 11:20, diagnosed the problem as my reverse osmosis and gave me a fair quote for repair. I asked if I should change the system. He was measured and said he didn't like to seem like he was selling, but gave me a couple of options. I took the new system which was fairly priced and he had it installed in no time. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and fair. I now have a NEW "regular plumber." I am thrilled.

I have had Andrew out on two jobs for me on a remodel I am doing. He is very knowledgeable and efficient at his trade and I will continue to use his company as long as I can. Being a fellow Navy veteran is also a plus even though he was in the fleet and I am a SeaBee :) I would highly recommend Platinum Services.

I needed a drain unclogged that was running slow for years and Andrew took excellent care quickly and no mess. One of the best jobs I have encountered. If not the best. He is fair, on time and honest.

Andrew seemed nice but the fact that he saddled himself with a company like Adams Disaster and Restoration means he will never be allowed in my house ever again. If you use him and he wants to bring in Adams to deal with water damage, run as far as you can.

They are well priced and on time their work is outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

While on vacation we had a small flood downstairs do to one of our children stuffing the toilet bowl. Thankfully a quick call to Andrew at Platinum Services and we were back in business, mind you this was after 6pm on a Tuesday. Definitely would use again. It was so nice communicating directly with Andrew and not dealing with a bunch of departments, hoping for a callback. He was prompt, HONEST, clean, fairly priced and fixed our problem the first time. I highly recommend him!

What an incredible company, I can not say enough about Andrew. My wife decided to pour a large amount of salad down the sink causing a huge clog. Literally called Platinum Services and Andrew immediately gave me a prompt appointment the same day. Please note he gave me a scheduled time not a 4 hour window like other companies. At 2 pm the same day my drains were clear and running. If you have any plumbing need you owe it to yourself to contact Platinum Services. They will be handling my shower install for our bathroom remodel and any other plumbing needs from here on out!!!

So I walked into my restaurant to work my Christmas eve shift to find out our drains were backing up. Not only did Andrew show up on Christmas eve (after I called about 7 different companies with no luck), he was courteous, professional, and understood our needs. He works with a lot of restaurants around town and will probably become our main guy going forward. It's nice to see that some businesses still have integrity.

1st call was on a Sunday & I had an emergency. Andrew was very professional, said he was out of town & would arrive within 2 hrs. He arrived in a little more than an hr & fixed the water leak in 20 min. He is very professional. I had him come back on Tuesday for additional service.
