Andrew is great at what he does, offers his services at a very fair price and is a really nice guy! We’ve had our outdoor hose spigot replaced, two shower faucets repaired/replaced and he just installed a new whole house water filtration system. He’s a small local business that we happily support. Andrew is highly recommend for all your plumbing needs! So happy we found him and he deserves all the great reviews he receives.

Andrew performed a miracle reworking all the old pipes and drain. A plumbing nightmare turned into a lovely guest bath.

I don’t even know where to start but Andrew and platinum plumbing is an A++++++ company. My bathrooms flooded and he set me up with another company for the restoration work to be completed. He then came out the next day multiple times to fix the leaking plumbing. Nonetheless he came out on Mother’s Day to finish up the project. He is a very honest and upfront about everything. Andrew is Very respectful and reasonable for the work that he completed. His quality of work is amazing. He also had great communication with me during the 2 day project and informed of what was going on multiple times. If you ever need a plumber he is the one to use. I will definitely refer you to anybody that I hear with plumbing issues. Seriously I cannot thank you enough during this stressful situation. Use Platinum plumbing on your next project !!!!!!!

Andrew is an absolute affordable Plummer. I had a toilet that was a major pain based on the counter that was extremely close to the toilet. He came out and help me and explained that if you need I can come back. I pay him for the fee that day for the toilet removal because I figured I could do the rest. He came back 2 days later and reset the toilet with the right valve and explained there is not charge when he was done because I payed for his fee 2 days ago. I fully trust Andrew for any of my plumbing needs.

I reached out to Andrew after making a toilet issue worse while trying to fix it myself. He responded right away — even on a Sunday evening — and showed up within 45 minutes. He quickly figured out the problem, fixed it, and double-checked everything else I had tried to make sure it was all done correctly.

I had actually used Andrew once before for another toilet issue but didn’t save his number, so I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be him again! He’s professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly — even my dogs, who can be a little wild, loved him.

Found Platinum Services on Nextdoor and reached out to owner Andrew Rollins by email. Received an immediate response to my request to install a hot water comfort pump to my homes’ hot water tank. The estimate was reasonable with others and pump being installed was quality brand. Installed in a timely manner by Raul and working very well. Hot water to faucets much more quickly.

I reached out to Andrew in response to a search for water conditioning recommendations. He was extremely informative about our options and extremely reasonable in pricing. The service was performed on schedule, and he was extremely professional and answered questions quickly - I'd give him 10 stars if I could.
