I am renovating a house and have worked with Devon for eight months. He upgraded the plumbing in the entire house. He repaired a leak in the pool after two other pool companies attempted to no avail; which cost me $s. I have his number on speed dial. Devon never disappoints.

Devon was absolutely amazing! He was here promptly and very kind. I had him return a couple weeks later to do a water testing on our full home water softener and filter system. There is something wrong and it isn't working right. He is calling the manufacturer directly for me and will get back to me with their response. I would 100% recommend NextDoor Plumbing. Devin and coworker just left my house. They came exactly when he said they would, found the problem immediately and fixed it. (I've had such bad experiences with trades people in the last 10 years). Finally, I found a plumber! Very nice young men .Just stop scrolling now and call Nextdoor Plumbing.

Devon came out twice was very nice and communicated the issues with me. Took his time to do the repairs properly spending way longer then we thought it would take. He then helped with some other issues putting him even further behind schedule but he never once complained or tried to rush to get things done. He did everything very well and I really appreciate the amazing customer service!!

We had an issue with our instant hot water heater at our AirBnB and our guests were in town for a wedding. Sam from Merit was able to come out the same day and fix the problem. Really professional and had an in-depth knowledge of the unit. Highly recommend.

The service rep. Installed an instant water heater along with recommending a pump be installed in my master bath, to allow the hot water to arrive quicker. It s been over a year and the company just performed the routine maintaince on the heater. Excellent service and extremely professional.

Merit plumbing did work on our house in 2016 to do an entire re-plumbing of our water lines after a hot water line was leaking under our slab. They worked quickly to understand our concerns and gave us various options when it came to running water lines, water softeners and water heater size.
There were minor issues that came up like pipes that were moving and a small leak(that was unrelated to the work they did). In all cases, David with Merit plumbing came out to resolve the issues.
I would be happy to have them do work again should it be needed.

I have mentioned that I need Merit to come as soon as they can, since my garbage disposal is leaking, I knew I needed one replace right away. Although we were scheduled on Wednesday but Merit called us on Monday when they have someone available and see if they can come and help. They came in and out within an hour and fixed the problem. Great service!

Merit Plumbing was able to diagnose problems related to an incorrectly installed septic system. Dig up and correct the system. Also, they re-installed a couple of toilets. One of the toilets was sitting on cement that had overrode so it couldn't be tightened down. They were able to fix the cement and reinstall the toilet. They were polite, efficient, skilled and reasonable in rates. I would highly recommend them!

I discovered a pretty significant leak under my sink. I called Merit and they responded right away. Javier is the best, he identified the problem, fixed it and was extremely professional, friendly and efficient!!! Thank you for the excellent service and reasonable price.
