Forrest was excellent! He was polite over the phone when he called to let me know he was on his way. While he was going in or out of the house, he’d make sure it was ok to enter the rooms he was working on. The work was superb! He explained what he was doing and why and gave me advice on how to spot potential issues earlier. He left the bathrooms in the same condition as they were before he arrived. Very great service. I’ll definitely be sticking with him if their are any issues in the future! #supportsmallbusinesses

Forrest arrived at the time that was promised. He came from another job at 4pm. Most other service people would have waited until the next day. He explained, based on his experience, what the issue could possibly be and what he planned to do. Sure enough, he diagnosed the issue correctly and quickly resolved my problems. He used the snake.
Then confirmed with the camera that the lines were all cleaned.

Forest is detail oriented and really understands the mechanics of plumbing. Friendly and prompt i always appreciate their help as i have many rental homes!

The guys that came out were so polite and kind. They took the time to really explain in great detail what they were going to do. They ran their camera down the clean out and quickly found the issue, allowing me to watch along on the screen. They were quick and had no hidden fees! I highly recommend this company. I'm very happy with their service and would gladly use them again in the future.

I have to say that working with Forest at Neighborhood Plumbing was awesome. Unfortunately we had a pipe break in our house which was a huge nightmare and a mess, but Forest was amazing. Him and his team was prompt, efficient, professional, organized, polite, thorough, genuine, friendly, I can go on. He was terrific to work with. I highly recommend him if you have any plumbing needs. He was very communicative with me on the entire process and kept my stress level at a minimum which was extremely helpful considering the situation. He is exactly the type of contractor you want on your job!

We had an issue with an overflow when the washing machine emptied. The home is older and this occurrence has happened before. The team came the same day and fixed the problem quickly. They detailed options that may be a long term fix and were very honest and forthcoming. No pressure!!! Will continue to use them in the future.

The time had come to fix the drain issue permanently so Forrest came and gave us the options again and we decided to go with the less intrusive route. Louis and his crew (family) took to the task of trenching and refilling in an organized manner. They are very polite and explained their process as the project went on. We are very satisfied with Neighborhood Plumbing from the beginning to the finished project and would highly recommend them for any future plumbing issues.

I have worked with Forrest and Robert since moving here in 2021 and they are excellent. From the first time I acitentally busted a hose-bib from the side of the house to having new toilets installed, they deliver with outstanding results. I breathe a sigh of relief to have such a dependable company to call for my plumbing needs.

Needing a sewer video inspection, I relied on a recommendation from my real estate agent. Turns out it was a great recommendation. Forrest was thorough, professional, easy to work with, and he got the job done promptly for a reasonable price. Can’t ask for better-n that! He’ll be my first call next time I need a plumber in Phoenix area for sure.

I had Forrest and his guys do a sewer line replacement. It was something I was stressing about having to do because its a super invasive procedure. We recently needed to have 2 faucets replaced. We made an appointment, and they were available almost immediately. Robert, who does most of the plumbing work, is very professional and knowledgeable and was able to take care of things quickly and properly. We have used Neighborhood Plumber & Drain a number of times in the past few years, and both Forrest and Robert do excellent work.

Family home had a plumbing issue…submitted pictures to Forrest and a phone call. He told me he would call me back after the conversation we had that explained the pictures/plumbing issue that my family was experiencing… Forest failed to call me back and I tried reaching out to him a few times after that conversation…

Unfortunately, this company was no help with the situation my family home had and the communication was nonexistent after the initial phone call/pictures provided via text.

Will not be reaching out to this company again.

I am so grateful for the Neighborhood plumber. It seems that I have lots of problems at my rental properties with the plumbing.
