We had an issue and needed an emergency service call. Andrew answered the phone and got a team mate out to us immediately. They were able to solve the issue and minimize the damage. Later, we needed additional services, and we reached out again. As before, Andrew answered the phone. He listened, asked the right questions and came up with a plan. This is an incredibly well run company with tremendous service and communication.

Very professional, thoughtful, honest and high quality. You can't ask for better/more attributes.

We discovered a leak in our wall where the main water enters the house. Andrew and Joshua conservatively approached the problem to be sure we were not opening a wall to repair a leak unnecessarily. We ultimately had to open the wall. They were available immediately, responded promptly and diagnosed and repaired what otherwise could have been a disaster. They anticipated maintenance concerns that will likely become problems and solved the problem and set us up for years to come.

Andrew is an excellent plumber and all-around handyman. He installed some screen doors for us, and is also doing our plumbing. Couldn't be happier. Very professional clean-cut guy. Excellent work at reasonable prices.

I own a local restaurant/bar in the area (Backyards) and had an issue with a urinal not shutting off and overflowing. It was fairly late at night and Andrew promptly returned my call. Asked about the issue and asked for a picture of the problem. Instead of charging me an emergency fee, he told me how to shut it off without having to turn off the main water valve. He showed up the next morning, early/on-time, and was able to fix the problem before we opened. AND, stayed at the bottom end of his original price quote range. High quality local business owner and great service. Recommend calling him first!

Andrew is incredible! He's super friendly and personable and not a scary dude to have in your house. He's a cat lover so that instantly gives him credit in my book :) Oh, and he's also a great plumber! We had him out to our place twice. First time around he adjusted a shower faucet that had a temperature control thingy (totally a technical term, folks) and now the water is scalding and delightful. He also looked at our second shower because it wasn't getting hot. We assumed that the cartridge needed to be replaced. We are renting so we needed to run things by our landlord, oh and I was convinced I had become a plumber after watching YouTube videos but when my attempts failed, here came Andrew to the rescue! Seriously, call this guy! He's efficient, reliable, punctual, and fair.

He demonstrates expert knowledge and skill and unlike any other service tech I have ever encountered, seems to genuinely care about my budget and producing quality, lasting results. Found Andrew thanks to my local Nextdoor app. He was competitively priced I have to say and offered me a bundle if installing more than one. Arrived on time. Wore protecting coverings on his shoes upon entering and had an apprentice with him but supervised the whole process of installing a new kitchen faucet and also advised me that the quality of my faucets I bought online may no be the best. He was polite in doing so and explained some of the installation issues with what I purchased. Can definitely recommend him.

Andrew not only provides a professional service, but also a personal service. He charges per job and seems to have very fair pricing. He is dependable, gets the job done in the expected time frame and most importantly he is honest. He replaced the valves, installed a new faucet and a new RO system that we love. He cleans up after the job and has a great sense of humor. I will have Platinum Services back for future plumbing needs.

Andrew is awesome!! For the past 4 years, he has been our go to guy for all of our plumbing work. We are adding a new addition to our patio and my husband (aka to himself "Mister. Fix It") came across a problem with running the supply lines before the framers got there next week. Andrew understood the time sensitivity of the work and came over right away. Andrew and his team bring their "A-game" every time! I heard about Platinum from neighbors on the next-door app. Andrew came highly recommended when my shower dial decided to stop working out of the blue. He gave a fair and honest price, ran out - got the specialty part (old house) and had it fixed in no time. I've been here for a couple years and called Andrew for various "quasi" emergency scenarios. I even text him on a Sunday night after dinner and the guy responds (no kidding). He's terrific at assessing what needs to be done right away and what items you'll need to pay attention to in the future. Andrew has successfully fixed various problems over the years. I had the seal in the water softener system blow (not fun..affected everything with a nozzle in the whole house), the shower dial stopped working, found water leaking into the garage, and he also rerouted the piping from my hot water heater (I now have HOT water!). He also recently installed a pressure regulator valve. I was told by multiple people my PSI was way too high. I trust him immensely and even gave his number to my boss who needed help in a jam. Andrew is top notch, professional, easy going, fun to talk to AND KNOWS HIS TRADE!

What hasn’t already been said about Andrew and Platinum Services? Integrity…check. Trustworthy…check. Prompt…check. This guy is legit and a great asset to the plumbing community and our neighborhood! I’m performing my own remodel and asked Andrew if he could provide some expert advice on how I wanted to run my plumbing. I wanted to make sure I was going down the right path and adhering to code. I was willing to compensate him for his time, but Andrew refused. Not only did he review what I was planning, but he also gave me some ideas about additional features. Makes decisions much easier knowing there’s a trusted resource to go to.

Andrew was incredibly patient and professional in diagnosing our water heater issues. He worked over the course of a couple of days to troubleshoot, making it a priority for us to get hot water in the middle of winter at the end of January.
