Got 4 bids on a Navien top of the line tankless water heater and Merit beat the other 3 by $700, $1700 & $2000. That is NOT a misprint. Mike (the owner) handled the bid process unlike the other companies and they made time to start the project immediately as we were w/o hot water. Sam & Donnie did the install, very professional and coming from a family of boilermakers, their pipework was impressive. They answered the few questions I had, got the entire job started and wrapped up in a few hours and left the area cleaner than they found it. I don't write reviews but I had to in this situation. Merit went WAY above and beyond my expectations on this purchase. There's a reason their rating is so high, they are blowing people away with product, price & service. Our house is being renovated in a few months and Merit will 100% be the plumbing contractor on the project. Thx Mike, Sam, Donnie & Senna!

Merit has been our go-to for plumbing. We have used them for both repairs and new build out projects. They are a great company to work with and the response time can't be beat.

Merit Plumbing helping with a major plumbing issue under my foundation (cast iron pipes and backwater valve). These guys fixed the job quickly and right the first time at a fair price on a short notice. I've recommend Merit to my neighbors several times as well in the past with success.

Before using Merit Plumbing, I was jumping from plumber to plumber trying to find someone that knows what they are doing AND doesn't overcharge. I never found that until I met the folks at Merit. The level of plumbing knowledge these guys have is ridiculous. When I hear them talk about plumbing, I am blown away with their level of expertise and attention to detail. Merit plumbing did a great job at installing both the rough and finish on my whole house remodel. Very reliable, hard working and nice! I will be using them again for future projects. Donnie is a great problem solver. He came in and fixed several issues that were not done correctly by the initial plumber. Saved the day!!

Merit plumbing showed up on time for a second estimate regarding a clogged sewer line. They were professional and though, made sure that was indeed the problem. When it was time to replace it there was a delay. They were transparent and kept me up to date. As a nice gestor they also reset my toilet (which the first company left for me to reset), and made sure it was flowing as it should. They didn't leave until it was correct. Side note, I called them back to help with a piece of chicken wire that was lodged in my pipe and they were able to retrieve it !! The owner even stopped by to introduce himself and to make sure I was happy. Amazing service and so kind!! Thank you Merit Plumbing !!

We've used Merit Plumbing for several small and large plumbing jobs. Some have been after hours and unusual circumstances and in each time the have handled the work quickly, professionally and with a high level of quality. I would recommend considering them for your plumbing needs.

Rodney Stephens was a great plumber. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue immediately and charged a fair price. We have other properties in the valley and will only use Merit from now on. The office returned calls and were expedient. Also, the woman in the office who’s name is escaping me was super nice and sweet. She listened to me ramble a bit and I was grateful for it.

My family have used Merit plumbing for valve replacements, hot water heater replacement and subfloor leaks. More recently, they replaced a cartridge for the bathtub knob. They were courteous, prompt and did a great job and reasonably priced.

I had Merit replace a recirculation pump about 18 months ago on one water heater I own and they did acceptable work then. The pump on a second water heater was having issues so I called them again. On the first visit, the technician turned the power off and turned it back on and said it should be fixed. It cost $185 for him to be at my home for 15 min. Of course, it didn't fix the problem. So, I called them back the next day and he said, "Yeah, the pump failed." I asked if he really thought that it failed overnight and he said yes. He said they would order a new pump and come back to replace it. After not hearing from them for two weeks, I called and the person in the office acknowledged that they never ordered the pump. Yet, they have sent me several emails asking for online reviews and recommendations. So, I am providing the review as requested ...

New water heater installation - I purchased three new HTP stainless steel water heaters. They look and work great!
Mike is always quick to respond to all my plumbing requests. His team is easy to work with, both during and after installation... I would definitely recommend Merit Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional at a reasonable price.

Merit Plumbing is Amazing! My water heater was leaking from the overflow valve. Michael replaced it and everything is working great! They were on time and reasonably priced. Will definetly use them again.

They were very prompt to help me with multiple issues at my home and even gave a second opinion on some recent plumbing work that was done to help make sure things were installed correctly. This is a quality outfit and I'm so glad I chose to use them! What started with a busted connection - in old plumbing under the kitchen sink - turned a three hour tankless water heater installation into six hours - I felt so bad! But the boys stayed diligent and patient and . . . nice. Mike kept with his estimate, despite the cost of new parts and labor hours - integrity like that is unusual. They were a delight to work with and are now my plumbing choice for all kinds of work!

I needed to have a plumbing issue resolved in my bathroom tub/shower. I spent over $700 fixing the issue in the past to. I avail. They were able to go in from the front and do minimal damage to the existing vintage tile work. Javier and a Rafael worked quickly and efficiently to replace the unit. The quote was reasonable. They were amazing. And I got my receipt emailed to me within minutes of payment. I have another property in the valley and will only use Merit for my plumbing needs from now on.
