Steve, when dealing with a gas leak from our water heater was at my house within 20 min. Found the leak and repaired quickly.
I am really impressed by his prompt response and professionalism. He also took the time to explain various features on the water heater. Very impressed!

In a word, amazing! We found a leak under our kitchen sink cabinet on a Saturday morning. Called Steve and he arrived in under an hour. He immediately knew what the problem was, fixed it and charged us a very reasonable rate. Not only is he professional, but he has a delightful personality. I would HIGHLY recommend him. He is now our de facto plumbing guy.

Steve came and fixed a bad valve in our shower which limited our hot water--new valve installed and now works great. Super responsive, very efficient. Would definitely use him for any future plumbing needs!!

The pipes under the sink needed a complete overhaul. Our aftermarket sink took up more space than Steve expected for the job, but after a couple of trips to the local hardware store Steve was able to work out an improved set up vs. what we had before. Reasonable pricing, trustworthy, and excellent service.

Excellent service! Came out to fix outdoor main pipe water leak within an hour and did a great job repairing it! No BS -- in fact we had a great time chatting about our experiences with some other companies while he was at it. Reasonable price and good transparency about the charges (flat per-hour price for labor + parts). Will definitely use again and recommend to all my firends/neighbors!

Our company was installing our product in the Troon North Scottsdale area and had an issue with a water pipe that was nicked during installation. Steve answered our call right away and was on the job site 15 minutes later in a situation when time was of the essence. I highly recommend his work as he did an amazingly professional job in a quick amount of time and responded immediately to my communications. Steve does a good job at a fair price. It is hard to find plumbers in Scottsdale that don’t overcharge. I had Steve change out a shower valve at 1/3 the price another company quoted me. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Steve will end up being your go to guy for anything plumbing!

Steve was fantastic. I started a home repair project on my outdoor plumbing and realized the project was beyond my capabilities but needed it taken care of right away. Fortunately I found Steve and he was in touch in very short order. He then came over to assess my needs and came up with a plan that was more than acceptable. He then was extremely flexible and responsive while we tried to schedule the project around some of my travel and he was totally flexible and responsive to my communications. The project is now complete and he worked extremely hard on a very hot day and did an amazing job. Only plumber I'll ever need as long as I live here.

Steve was really helpful when my home warranty was unable to provide a solution to replace my
shower valve without tearing out the entire bathtub. He figured out a solution and charged me significantly less than the alternative, even deducting the cost of the new hardware. When one of the new cartridges turned out to be faulty, he came back same day and diagnosed and fixed this as well. I’m really happy I found him among all the much more expensive options offered by the big-box retailers, etc.

Super fast, super nice! Sucks that I had to replace my water heater but Steve made it quick and painless for a very reasonable price. He's also very personable, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.

I called Steve about my kitchen sink that was blocked , and he came out the next day on time. He proceeded to free the blockage up and to pressure wash my pipes clear to the street, it worked fantastic ! Steve also went and fixed a few valves and took a pressure test ( no charge ) . Thanks again ... I have more plumbing to do in the future and I have no doubt who I am going to call ...

My house was flooding from a clogged drain a few months ago. Steve got to my house very quickly and worked his magic. He explained to me what the problem was and resolved it quickly. He keeps checking in to see how things are going - no one else does that.

I had my hot water heater serviced and was told I needed a pressure valve on my main water line. That company quoted me a ridiculous price so I declined. I called Steve and he did it for in a matter of a few minutes for a fraction of the charge.
