We recently hosted our BuildHERS anniversary event at Lux Kitchen & Bath Gallery, and I couldn’t have asked for a better group to partner with. Every single person on their team was genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and just great to work with.

Their showroom is absolutely gorgeous—thoughtfully laid out, beautifully curated, and full of inspiration. It’s packed with top-tier vendors, materials, and design options, and you can tell they know their product inside and out. The whole space gives off a true luxury feel the second you walk in, but the team keeps the experience approachable and easy.

They’ve set a high bar for their industry, and it shows. If you’re considering a kitchen or bath project and want people who actually care about the details, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Showroom excellence. Lots of choices and great professional help. Allows ready with a suggestion that just makes the package that more Right. And if you need parts then go around the building and there it is. The door to more parts that it seems you can't find anywhere else.

Had a 4 year old Rheem water heater that began leaking that was purchased here. Rheem said to bring it back. Called Hughes and they said that they had some on hand. when I got there the lady in charge said that they had 2 and would not provide a warranty replacement. In short, i was not important enough. I ran around town trying to find another but ended up going back. The lady at the front desk was great and ended up providing the replacement at her risk of getting on trouble with her boss. Great staff but the "B" in charge didn't seem to give a rats a$$ since I wasn't a contractor.

We bought plumbing supplies totaling $3000 from Hughes for a complete bathroom remodel. One of the shower valves did not work because it showed 'hot' when water was 'cold' and vice versa. Hughes told us the valve was installed backwards. Plumber returned and reversed installation. Still did not work. Hughes advised us plumber did it incorrectly so plumber returned a second time per Hughes instructions. Still did not work. Finally Hughes took the valve and determined it was defective. We were given a new valve which plumber had to return and install. Hughes refused to pay our plumber's labor charges which were $115 for each of the three times he returned- at their direction. So for a $31.62 valve we have $345 in plumbing charges. Do business with this company at your own risk.

Hughes sold the wrong parts to my customer then refused to return the parts. I will not be sending my customers to Hughes, from now on it's Amazon. Amazon also has better prices.

Outstanding service. A very knowledgeable lady assisted me in finding a solution to replace a leaky, non-compliant connection between our water meter and our home. On the meter side there was cooper pipe and going into the house there was some sort black PVC pipe. She recommended, and showed me how to use SharkBite couplings. Since they didn't have them in stock, she went on the computer and found them at home depot.

I'll be recommending Hugh's Supply to all my friends and family.

I want to thank Hughs Supply for their speedy assistance on Dec 30. The gas valve on my Rheem hot water heater broke. Jesse from Scottsdale store & Phil from the Mesa teamed up to verify and provide the proper replacement valve for me considering my broken valve was discontinued. The Mesa store was closing soon for the holiday but Phil was able to get the valve for me before closing. I was even able to get a plumber on the same day to replace the valve. A total of 2.5 hours transpired from the time the issue was reported to the time the new valve was install. This was awesome given it was the day before the holiday! Sometimes everything just falls into place! Many thanks to Jessie & Phil for their dedication to a customer during a holiday period!

And every time has it has been one of the best experiences I've had any plumbing supply. To their friendly manners,quick service, helpful tips and advice. They're fun and energetic. And I hope they get a chance to read this and know. They've made a positive experience to my day every time I see them.

Thankful for Hughes! After several weeks of research and shopping without success in finding all the pieces needed for a bathroom remodel, much less understand all of the “behind the walls” parts needed; I went to Hughes. I was met by Garrett who immediately removed all my stress! He listened carefully to my needs, asked some good questions, then walked me around the showroom pointing out the items that met my requirements and coordinated! I went home absolutely elated! After one more visit with him to narrow down my choices we were ready to order! Did it cost more? Sure. But not that much. In truth. I may have been willing at that point to spend more simply for the knowledge that I was getting exactly what I needed and it was stress free! Thank you Garrett and Hughes Supply!

I recently purchased a Luxart kitchen sink from Hughes. Subsequent to the purchase we changed our minds on the sink. To my shock I was charged a 25% restocking charge of $144.00 plus a shipping charge of an additional $50.00. I understand restocking charges but this charge is outrageous. When I asked the sales associate he just shrugged his shoulders. My guess is that most of your customers work hard for the money they earn and I would encourage them to think twice before buying anything from Hughes if there is a remote possibility that they may have to return something.

My husband and I spent years researching tankless hot water heaters (they've come a LONG ways) so when our standard hot water heater could barely last through one shower, we had enough and invested in a tankless gas unit through AZ Water Solutions. In addition to being thrilled and amazed at having endless (seriously... endless!!!) hot water with two showers running at the same time, we even pulled off running a load of laundry too! NEVER running out of hot water! Not only is it energy efficient, it also takes up less space in the garage. Initially we were still slightly skeptical, however the answers and explanations that Kelley was able to provide in addition to the lengthy warranty, any doubts and concerns we had were alleviated. We've had our tankless heater for over 6 months and have zero regrets! Well, maybe that we hadn't installed it sooner! Thanks Kelley!
