This was by FAR the best customer service experience I've ever had! No challenge was too big for AZ Water Solutions. We just had our softener system installed and can already tell a major difference. AZ Water Solution is a professional yet personable company! It is an Arizona company owned by a women master plumber. She is smart, knowledgeable and has an amazing staff of people who work for her. The 2 plumbers who came out to install our equipment after Kelley the owner came out and inspected our old system, did a great job! They were clean, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend AZ Water solution. Our water finally feels soft and our skin doesn’t itch. It great working with a company who is local and most off listens to your needs and answers your phone when you call or text. Kelley and her crew are amazing. So glad we found AZ Water Solution.

Awesome experience with Kelley and AZ Water Solutions! I am a chiropractor and functional medicine doctor and wanted to know a lot of the details about their products and the media being used because I wanted to make sure it was giving my family the health benefits I was looking for in a whole house water filtration system and Kelley was very pleasant and patient with answering my questions. Isaac did my install and he was great as well!

Our family has had a very positive experience working with AZ Water Solutions. The owner and operator, Kelly, came to our house back in 2021 and set us up with a coupld water softeners and a reverse osmosis unit. Equipment has held up with no problems. I recently called Kelly to ask some technical questions about the equipment and she was happy to walk me through everything. Kelly is very responsive and trustworthy. We recommend AZ Water to anyone.

Isaac was absolutely fantastic! He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the water softener and water filter system is installed with a custom built loop the right way and not the easy quick way. His work is top-notch and you can tell he really knows his stuff. Isaac was also super friendly and explained everything clearly.

AZ Water Solutions is responsive and easy to work with. They installed my water softener a few years ago and I called them to do some recommended maintenance. Halko arrived on time and answered all my questions - he cleaned out the brine tank and cartridge, added new salt and went over the entire system to make sure it was in good working condition. Their prices are reasonable too. Will definitely call AZ Water Solutions again.

After our current provider retired, we turned to AZ Water Solutions to provide annual service to our water softener and water filtration systems at our home. Scheduling service was easy, and AZ Water Solutions (Kelly), stayed in touch as the day of service approached. The technician arrived at the appointment time, was curteous and friendly, and performed the cleaning of filters and flushing of system with skill and knowledge. The bill was exacting what was provided in the estimate and was reasonable for the house call. Thank you.

I interviewed and spoke with 4 different companies before choosing AZ Water Solutions. I received the Whole House Filtration System, the Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis system installation. Listen, the knowledge and professionalism I experienced with Kelly and her team was top tier! Hear me when I say from my very first conversation to my decision making conversation, I'm truly happy I chose AZ Water Solutions. I genuinely enjoyed speaking with Kelly. She knows her stuff and her team is phenomenal!! The amount of information that was given was A LOT, but truly digestible. No matter how many questions I asked, they answered. What I appreciated most were the additional details given to me in her follow up call before I made my decision. She is truly passionate and wants to make sure the homeowner is well informed. This allowed me to take another couple of days for additonal research before finalizing my decision. Kelly, I genuinely appreciate ALL of the details and information you and your team gave me. Your installers, Isaac and Jose came to my home and were personable, professional, and very respectful. Issac expressed concerned that it took a little longer to complete the install which wasn't too bad (maybe 2.5 - 3hrs total). I appreciated his concern but I was completely grateful for ALL that he and Jose did. They were both wonderful! Their knowledge and professionalism truly paid off. The RO install channeled Isaac's creativite side to fit the unit in the tight cabinet space but they made it work! They even managed to connect my water and ice line from my fridge to the RO system which wasn't a part of the original request but a major plus! PHENOMENAL work and it was a wonderful surprise! I can't wait to enjoy everything! What a great TEAM effort!!!

After getting four total quotes, it was obvious who we were going to go with. The customer service I received from the moment I inquired was above expectations. The process to schedule was only complicated by me asking so many questions. Lastly, the price quoted and paid was almost 1/3 the cost of their competitors. Culligan was well over $13k and I just laughed. Any Hour plumbing was $8k for just the softener. We ended up going with the biggest softener, whole home carbon filter and a new RO system and paid around $5k. Yeah, my jaw dropped to the floor in disbelief.

The installation was as awesome and I learned a lot about what was installed.

These are great people, they explain what you need, and help you make the right decision while you're in the buying process. The installation was done by professional who explained what he was doing and explained the purpose in what the machine would do for you. He set the machine up so that it would work like it's supposed to with my house, with my particular water softening issues. Everything was done with the finest parts and everything was explained in the very best detail. I highly recommend this company these for your water softening needs
