Was split into 2 separate showrooms, across a small parking lot. Had many mid to high end products. If you are looking for inexpensive and lesser quality, go to the big box stores. This company is for buyers who are looking for high end products. Place was fairly busy and as some of the price tags were missing, often you would see sales people running to look up prices. Overall a satisfying experience. I would and probably will purchase my shower kits from Ferguson when I have decided which of many options to choose from.

We came to Fergusons in a desperate attempt to find sinks in a hurry. We worked with Hannah Green. She was fantastic! Hannah was able to address our problem and resolve our issues with kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. We highly recommend working with her!! You can’t go wrong.

I was in the store for 45 minutes and not one person greeted me or asked me for assistance.

Glad I called in advanced to find out they are by appointment only. In general it takes my wife a while to decide on items, our consultant was very patient and informative and answered all our questions. The showroom was nice and gave us great inspiration and ideas for our project. We were in a time crunch to get products so we specifically asked to see product we could get fast. Which we were able to select and get right away. We are happy with everything and would recommend to others.

Buyer beware! On August 21, 2021 we made a significant purchase of items for our home for our kitchen and bathrooms. Prior to making payment, we were assured all items were in warehouse and would be delivered in a timely fashion. We began to receive items for the first couple of weeks after purchase, then deliveries came to a complete stop. After a few more weeks, we contacted our sales person who assured us items were on the way. When bathtub arrived, it was the wrong model. According to salesperson, our bathtub was lost! He sent a replacement, which we didn't like. We returned and then had to wait a couple of months before original was finally shipped. Then the laundry room sink arrived several weeks later. It was the wrong model. We returned it. We are now in March and am still waiting for correct laundry room sink. My question is how does a company who assures the customer that the items are in warehouse and then proceeds to lose them? I understand the supply chain delay however, the items were in stock when we paid for all in full. So, Ferguson has kept our money since August 1, 2021. It is now March 2022.

The showroom is very nice. My salesperson was very attentive and a wealth of knowledge. My appliance install of what did come in has gone smoothly. The items that were in stock came in a timely manner, however the backordered items have been on very long wait. I unfortunately have experienced some long delays on my project in all directions...garage doors, cabinets, my appliance and a couple plumbing pieces, so I am not surprised and in fairness my salesperson did warn me in advance. I am waiting on just a couple more items until everything is complete. So far so good. Would recommend to others, however if you are in a hurry you better plan in advance. I am looking forward to finally getting my dream home done.

Visited last Saturday and were helped by Steven Elliot. In-store visit went alright, but he wrote down a list of items that he was going to generate a quote for, and "would have pricing for us Monday". Monday and Tuesday came and went with no quote so I followed up with an email to him on Wednesday. Still no response. Currently building, so timeline is very important.

Customer service is non-existent here. We are looking to purchase about $12-15k in shower and steam-generator equipment plus bathtub, but will now be taking our business elsewhere because Steven couldn't be bothered.

Edit : I emailed Alex (at the same email she has been putting in in other review replies), and things got sorted out so quickly! So if you have a bad experience I do recommend reaching out. Thank you Alex for helping so fast.

I am so frustrated on getting the explanation of where the credit went for the new build microwave option. We have been asking the same question for the past few emails, and even after a week we don't get an answer. And I cannot reach the sales representative on the phone. I am losing trust in Ferguson, as if I were not careful reading the quote they would have swiped the $2000+ credit under the rug. 14 emails and we still don't know where the microwave credit went. Is there a phone number I can call to the store manager? How do I even get a clear answer if 14 emails don't get the answer? So far based on my experience: THIS IS NOT THE PLACE IF YOU WANT TIMELY NEW BUILD OR KNOW WHERE YOUR MONEY IS GOING.

As a building contractor, this place is first class all the way!
Highly recommend Ferguson for appliances, plumbing and lighting.
Paige was more then helpful in every aspect!

Hannah was very helpful in guiding me to order replacement parts with their main office. I have had good experience working with their ordering process for no cost parts to be replaced on my faucets that have the lifetime warranties for my kitchens and baths. Peace of mind!

I called the Ferguson 800 number and was told I could go to the Scottsdale showroom without an appointment to get help choosing a kitchen faucet. I just left the building and literally had nobody speak to me at all. When I asked for a little bit of help, the person I spoke to was so rude and unaccommodating. She treated me like I was inconveniencing her. A very disappointing experience.

If you like to be treated poorly this place is for you! Everyone in the place has their nose in the air and is a complete jerk. They are all way more important than you, and whatever amount you might spend with them, is certainly not enough. I did get to find out that at least two people were too busy to earn a commission.

    Spend elsewhere!

Hannah Green is just the best every time I walk in the showroom, she always has a smile on her face. If the showroom is ever super busy, she will go out of her way to assist me in any way possible at her desk. You can’t go wrong with having her assist you.

I recently purchased a U-Line Ice Maker from Ferguson Enterprises, expecting top-notch service and support given the company’s size and reputation. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory.

After spending over $5,500 on the ice maker, it failed just seven months after installation. The compressor—a critical component—broke down, leaving me without a functioning unit. When I reached out to U-Line for warranty service, I was informed that the repair would take nearly three months to complete. Naturally, I turned to Ferguson, hoping they would stand behind the product they sold me.

To my disappointment, Ferguson refused to take responsibility, stating that they don’t have the authority to dictate replacements or refunds. Instead, they left me to deal with the manufacturer directly, offering no real assistance or advocacy on my behalf. For a company of Ferguson’s stature, this lack of customer support is unacceptable.

I chose Ferguson over other retailers because I believed they would provide better support, especially for a high-end product. Sadly, it seems Ferguson is more interested in making sales than in ensuring customer satisfaction. If you’re considering purchasing a major appliance from Ferguson, I urge you to think twice—especially if you expect them to stand behind what they sell.

This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend Ferguson based on how they handled this situation.

We were referred to Ferguson’s by our contractor doing a complete master bathroom remodel. I was very excited to find some time to make the visit. Initially, I called and asked if an appointment was necessary to meet with somebody in the showroom to help us out and they said no, not necessary just come in. Well, it was a horrible experience! Not one individual working there addressed us, offered to help us, and even after I asked the front desk girl who was yakking with a couple the whole time we were there, to see if we could get help never ever saw anybody come to our assistance. There are way I mean way too many places to buy bathroom fixtures! Shame on you for being a specialty operation but giving us less service than I can get walking into any Home Depot or Lowe’s!! We will not be returning and by the looks of the reviews online many people are just as unhappy with you! Be better Fergusons you’re not the only game in town.

Ferguson supplied all of my kitchen appliances and plumbing fixtures for our new build. Kim Tran is excellent, with outstand product knowledge and attention to detail.

Terrible! Their customer service is the worse. Too many other places to choose that are far better. Also, their installation teams are horrible. They installed incorrectly, with no regard to quality assurance: Fisher Paykal Dishwasher(error messages), Jennair built-in Refrigerator/Freezer(uneven and not secure). They installed our gas cooktop for natural gas, when it needed a propane gas compatibility, very dangerous! Oh and it gets even worse. They installed our $4000 Bosch stacked washer and dryer and it toppled over on its first use. Totally crashed to the floor. Someone could've gotten really hurt. The installation manager then has the audacity to tell my wife and I we are no longer wanted as customers. They did refund us for some of the installation costs. The only appliance they installed correctly was our Dakor oven and microwave. Avoid!

I worked with Hannah Green on a lighting project and I would highly recommend working with her. She is on top of everything and her customer service was amazing. I have gone to Fergusons over the years and never had as good of an experience as I have with Hannah. I will be coming back to see her for future projects. She is my new go-to girl!

First walked into the Scottsdale location and received the cold shoulder from any sales consultant. Had to go out of our way to convince someone we were interested in purchasing several items. Once we finally got some help, narrowed it down to what we wanted. Went home to double check measurements and ordered and paid the next day. Our sales consultant was somewhat difficult to communicate with. Took days to respond to emails. One of our items was a undermount beverage refrigerator that had to be ordered. Was told it was backordered until September. Picked out a replacement and sent my request to the sales consultant. She informed me that due to the first refrigerator was on order I could not cancel and purchase an alternative. I contacted her via email several times to find a solution to this issue. My wife finally had to drive to the showroom and confront her regarding the problem. So far after 3 weeks, we are still getting the runaround and do not have a refrigerator that we paid for. I would not recommend Furguson’s for your appliance and plumbing needs. There are too many other retailers to choose from.

Zero customer service and don’t think about inconveniencing them with a question when someone finally does lift their head up. They rather kick back, sitting on the countertop and hit the high score in Candy Crush. Very disappointed and if I was one of the brands they sell, I would be questioning if this company is the best partner to represent my product. Real turn off.

Walked into the Ferguson Home store at 15000 N Hayden Road
Scottsdale, AZ 85260, just after noon. I didn’t have an appointment and no one was available so I made an appointment for 2pm, later that day. Arrived 5 min early for my appointment with Ali. Ali was not available but someone else would be with me shortly. I left at 2:15pm without seeing anyone! 👎 Ferguson, if you read this you might also level the large TV behind the reception desk and clean the 3 small, finger printed, dusty light fixtures over that reception desk.
