As a small contractor, Central Arizona Supply has been my go-to for parts and supplies, and they've earned every bit of my business.

The staff knows their stuff and actually helps you find what you need instead of just pointing to an aisle. They keep good inventory on hand, so I'm not constantly chasing down specialty parts at three different places. And they get that time matters when you're on a job—I can get in and out without wasting half my morning.

Being family-owned since 1968 shows in how they operate. They treat contractors like real customers, not just transaction numbers. Their counter staff has saved me more than once when I needed to figure out the right part for a tricky situation.

Solid supplier, fair pricing, and they make running a small contracting business a little easier. Happy to support them.

I love my CA Faucets hardware and I cannot say enough nice things about Stacey! I blew in late on a Friday and she kindly helped me put together my order. She then patiently answered all my questions by email about the hardware, so I was comfortable with my selection. She was also very communicative when several parts of the order arrived so we could pick things up right away. Thank you, I will be back!

Katie at Hughes Kitchen and Bath is amazing. She's incredibly knowledgeable and is happy to share her knowledge and experience. I called 7 different plumbing supply houses yesterday looking for a round bottle trap. No one had one in stock in the finish I needed. Then I called Hughes and got Katie. Not only did she discuss different manufacturers with me, she also went into welcome detail about why some bottle trap designs are more functional than others. She also offered great tips on maintenance. Luckily for me, Hughes had a bottle trap in the finish I needed and Katie made sure to check their inventory to make sure it'd be available when I arrived. It's been a long time since I've had such a stellar customer service experience. Friendly service is always welcome, but friendly and knowledgeable service? And going the extra mile? Just wow.

This location has a beautiful, huge showroom. Actually seeing the products in person was so helpful. Ashley was incredibly knowledgable about the products, cared about hearing exactly what I wanted, and brought my vision to life! We were able to get everything I needed ordered right away and it will all be delivered promptly. The stress of this remodel was immediately lifted off of my shoulders as soon as I walked out the door! Thank you Ashley for your incredible service!

I walked into Hughes Kitchen and Bath in Scottsdale looking for parts. The woman at the entrance kindly walked me to the parts/supply department. Though they didn't carry the part I needed, they referred me to other businesses that might have the part. Based on this professional customer service, I decided to purchase a new faucet instead and really wanted to give this smaller company my business vs. the larger mega showrooms. I called and asked if they had faucets in stock and not just special order. I was told yes they did and the woman told me she would curate a list of available in stock options and email them to me. After a couple days, I sent a text on their dedicated text line to follow up on the status of receiving a list. Unfortunately, this is where customer service fell apart. I received nothing by email, nor any follow up at all. As they say, I was ghosted. So much for trying to help smaller businesses in my community.

Amazing service! Fixed an issue we’ve had for years.

They cannot follow simple non-soliciting laws- I have a large sign by my door saying “NO SOLICITING ALLOWED” and they still wanted to litter on my lawn. If they can’t even follow these basic instructions, I wouldn’t trust them in my house or my plumbing. EDIT: They also have seemed to have signed me up for tons of educational spam calls since I complained. I’m a disabled woman who can’t go back to school even if I wanted to, so thanks for that extra gut punch. EDIT: I’ve emailed and heard no response.
