Gilbert came out and did my initial quote. He was amazing. He took alot of pictures and explained what everything was and what needed to be done. When we set up to have the work done Richie came out with another gentleman. They were on time and as well took lots of pictures showing me the difference in what was done. The whole team is amazing and will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

Gilbert and his crew did an outstanding job on our home. He inspected our roof for issues, provided pictures to show us what needed to be done, and provided us with a fair estimate to complete the work, including the price for additional repairs on our patio roof should additional damage be discovered. They were very good about communicating with us prior to, and during the repairs. Gilbert's Son Richard came to our house with his assistant to complete the work and finished the job in one day. They even did an additional favor for us for no charge that I had offered to pay them for. Richard provided us with photos and video of the completed repairs up on the roof, where I cant get to. Everyone we dealt with in this family run business was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We feel that the price we payed for their work was fair, and the quality was excellent.

Gilbert, GTR owner is honest, has amazing integrity, follows through, and is present throughout the entire job.Gilbert sends photos and thoroughly explains every detail. His crew cleans up meticulously and are respectful! The finish product is just as promised if not better! Honestly my husband and I can not say enough good about this company.

From the very first meeting, Richard impressed us with his professionalism and respect to us and our property. He thoroughly inspected our roof, walked around the perimeter, and pointed out areas that might need attention. By that afternoon, we had a detailed written quote outlining everything they would do, even the smallest of detail.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with GTR Roofing! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I worked directly with Richard, who was outstanding—he checked in with me every single day to update me on the progress and make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. That level of communication and care really stood out.
A few days into the project, I suddenly remembered that I’ve always wanted a solar tube but had completely forgotten to mention it before construction started. I brought it up to Richard, and he didn’t miss a beat—he made it happen for me! I am over the moon with how it turned out.
The crew was incredible as well. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up so thoroughly each day that my yard looked like my landscapers had just been by! The attention to detail and pride in their work was obvious.

Richard and his team were fantastic to work with. They came out for an inspection and quote next day, and were able to get everything done quickly a couple days later within a few hours. They documented the process well with before, during, after photos and a helpful write up with the invoice which we were able to provide to our home buyer to address their requests as part of the sale of our home. Sean and the roofing crew did an excellent job on our re-roofing project. They worked with our claims adjuster and finished the job in a very timely manner. Everyone was easy to work and communicated well.

We had a pleasant experience with getting our roof replaced. Jacee helped get everything set up with the insurance company, ordered everything we needed and was there when the crew replaced the roof. It was nice having someone that answered all of our questions and texts quickly. I always felt like we were being taken care of and Jacee was great to work with.

Paragon came in and replaced the roof on our 3 story home in a quick professional manner. The team was easy to work with and answered all questions we had during the process. After the job was completed a gentleman came by and cleaned all of the tar remnants that had occurred. I did find a few nails here and there which I get is normal.
