Tyler Beraut oversaw our roof replacement. It involved removing a solar system to access the roof. Everything was done in a timely manner and we were kept informed every step of the way. The workmanship is excellent. The job site was kept clean. The solar installers also did excellent work. We recommend Paragon for your roofing job and would definitely use them again.

Paragon Contracting just installed a new roof after the old one started leaking, and honestly, no complaints. The new roof appears to use better materials than the original. Chris out of the Flagstaff office helped us file and work with our insurance company and handled all questions and concerns quickly. He even personally helped me replace my amateur radio antennas after the work completed.

Cam and the crew were professional and reliable. Our new roof was installed within the price and timeline quoted with no surprises. Their work was top notch, and we highly recommend Paragon!

I just have great things to say about Paragon Contractor…they did a great job on my roof. Can’t thank them enough. Sean Smith has been great in getting his people to do job and he made everything so simple working with my insurance company to where everything fell into place with me making payments on time. If you want a skylight the size and color you already have, good luck. I asked the supervisor of the crew 3 weeks before starting my roof to please find my new skylight first because it was an odd size. He said he would. Then 1 week before starting I asked him again because I had a feeling it would have to be ordered. He insisted he knew what he was doing and again told me not to stress. So AFTER they tore off all the old shingles he quick ran to Home Depot as well as several other stores. None of which had a skylight anywhere near the size of mine which could not be reused due to hail damage. So instead he put up a four foot long one on my two foot square hole. Also it was tinted which I did not want.
They said they would remove my very old gutters the same morning they do the roof. They did not. The laid the drip edge over the screw holes so now you couldnt take them down. It looked ridiculous all wavey. So when I saw it after work and told him its unacceptable he came out the next week and cut the drip edge on both sides of each set of screws so I could remove the gutters and refused to put up new drip edge even though he had cut the heck out of it. When I complained to the company they said there was no way they could do anything about the skylight because they would have to pull up all the new shingles around it. Then they sent a guy out to replace only half the drip edge. The only good news I got was that they had fired the supervisor already. Guess mine wasn't the only bad job he did. I gave 3 stars because the actual roofers who did do the shingles did a good job, worked hard, were very polite and cleaned up their mess.

We were nervous at first but working with Cam made the whole process extremely easy! He worked with State Farm and was here every step of the process! He was here working and going the extra mile ! The workers that did the job were efficient and cleaned up along the way ! I recommend Paragon and thank Can for being so awesome he’s a real asset to the company 🤩

Cam borgman was our project manager and he was outstanding he dealt with the insurance company for us and we got a brand new roof and only paid our deductible. The craftsmanship was top notch, and when they were done the clean up was immaculate. Highly recommend this company and cam was amazing. Extremely satisfied with their service.

Great experience, Cam Borgman must have juggled communicating between 4-6 different departments. Was onto of all the paperwork, Quick with replying any time I had questions and kept me in the loop with all relevant forms so I had everything I needed while dealing with insurance and solar companies.

The crew was amazing, showed up set up and was working full swing in 20 min. Brand new metal roof full instal in 2 days. Every time they broke for the day insured everything was covered incase of weather, pictures taken at every step of the process. Couldn't be happier with the performance or the results.

Very happy with how this company made things super easy for me. They did all the hard work with my insurance, so that I didn’t have to stress over it endless phone calls. They didn’t try and upsell anything, they only got me what I absolutely needed, and even gave me some color options for the shingles. They make everything easy to understand, and go step by step through the process. Kagen was my contact the entire process (which was very easy and fast). He has been extremely helpful in helping me understand everything, and made sure we are happy with the final product. I would absolutely recommend paragon to anyone looking for a new roof. They will do everything they can to get you approved with insurance, and get you all set up as quick as possible. Super happy with everything!

We were very happy with the final outcome after hail damage to our roof. Working with Cam Borgman, our project manager, was my best experience in dealing with construction companies over the past 40 years. Cam stuck with us as we dealt with a reluctant insurer and handled all the details while listening to our concerns about the process and materials. Without Cam’s professional and calm dealings with insurance we would have given up. He was also very engaged during the roof installation and made sure everything went as planned. Cam is very knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. The crew was also very friendly and professional. I had a very good experience working with Justin Finlay on my roofing project. He was very Proffesional and covered all aspects of the work before hand and all work was completed in one day. We had a terrific experience with Paragon Contracting regarding our Storm Damage Claim to our roof and gutters, occurring 9/26/2025, here in Scottsdale, AZ. Our Project Manager of Paragon, Sean Smith, professionally oversaw all aspects of the entire project, working with our Insurance Company claim from beginning to end. Setting up times that worked for us, and insuring that their crews and subs did an excellent job with all replacements and repairs, which they did. We highly recommend Paragon Contracting, and Sean Smith specifically, to take care of these type of repairs, and or, claims. We will call upon them, if needed in the future, that’s for sure!

Brennan was the PM for my roof replacement and I can tell you that I’ve never had a better experience with a contractor.
He was extremely communicative and transparent about everything from payment to construction process, utilizing text and emails and phone calls for my convenience.
He also had a great crew and they tidied up and cleaned each of the 2 days they were here, which I always appreciate.
Paragon is an excellent company and completely professional, it is rare to do business like this here in AZ these days. I’ve already suggested them and will utilize them for future roofing needs.
