The service person was very friendly and detail oriented however, I never received quotes for a number of fixes I had walked through with a manager. Price was much higher than others that provide the same service as well.

Big enough so that you can have backup for all your needs, but small enough so that you can get their attention. Has good technicians for water care, but also excellent people for installation and repair of equipment.

When someone answers the phone on a second ring and with a smile in his voice, that is already a plus in my book. When he said someone will call you back tomorrow to set up an appointment and they do, that's another plus. Then the appointment can be the next day for our leaking pump, well, I am excited. Eric called tge morning of tge repair to tell me when he would arrive and he was on time! Eric could have easily convinced me that we needed to replace our 20+ year old pump old pump, but all we needed was to replace the rubber seals. Thank you .

We are so impressed with our new pool company, we are paying a little more, but receiving more as well. They are very professional and have a staff that can quickly solve and fix any problem you may have. Our last pool company said they had no idea why our pool was half empty!! It happened more than once and the plaster is now cracking because they left the pool empty too long .
