We needed a new pool pump because the bearings on the old one were shot. We contacted Aqua Sentry early in the week and by the end of the week we had a new pump installed and working great. The day of the installation they showed up on time install the pump without any apparent hassle instructed me on how the new variable speed controls worked and had a written out explanation of the instructions as well.We’ve used Aqua Sentry for years and have not been disappointed in their service and the quality of the pumps and other pool necessities they provide

Used Aqua Sentry to quote out a replacement filter for my pool. Jeremy was extremely transparent regarding the current filter and proactive in identifying that the pool cleaner and adapter weren’t functioning properly. They quoted a fair price to replace the filter, cleaner, and adapter. The tech worked efficiently and Jeremy even stopped by afterwards to ensure it was all done properly and working as intended. Highly recommend them for all your pool repair needs. Will definitely use them again in the future

We recently became customers of Aqua Sentry when we bought a home they were servicing. Early on in our ownership the pool contractor made repairs that caused the system to not operate properly and said they could be out in two weeks to look at the problem they had caused. I called Aqua Sentry to see if they could help. Over the phone they walked me through a diagnoses of the problem and helped me fix the issue. I have found their staff, customer service and tech that services our pool to be exceptional. I would recommend Aqua Sentry to anyone and look forward to a long term relationship.

Unbelievable service! We needed a pool automation system and with low inventory, the Aqua Sentry team spent months looking for the correct system. From then, they quickly installed the system and spent the time teaching us how to use it. The customer service is unmatched! Always great to find a company who is happy to work and gets the job done right. Will recommend them for sure.

We've been really happy with Aqua Sentry since switching to them last spring. The weekly pool cleaning is reasonably price, quick, yet thorough, and consistently at the same day/time each week. We receive weekly reports and the few times we've had pool issues, their team has been responsive and great about communication. Can't recommend Aqua Sentry enough!

My elderly father was selling his Scottsdale home. The buyer wanted the pool repaired and cleaned. I'd gotten quotes from another business and they diagnosed the problem incorrectly, said the pool needed something expensive done which it didn't need. Acua Pools had 5 star reviews I noticed. I found out why. They didn't try to sell me an expensive pump I think it was. They fixed the problem and cleaned the pool and we and the buyer were totally satisfied. They were reasonable and delightful to do business with. They deserve every 5 star rating from our experience.

I had used another company to detect my leak, and when they told me they wouldn't fix it, I was left to search for someone to complete their job and repairs. Not only is she warm and friendly, but she also described the process in detail and kept me updated when to expect a quote, a repair, an invoice and a final charge. Not only did they fix my leak and some other issues, but the team took delicate care of our new travertine that needed to be pulled up to complete the repair. The guys from Leak Science came out and diagnosed our problem with the pool.
