Josh came out to fix some loose tile on my roof, however, his inspection of the entire roof revealed strucutral damage that was causing the loose tiles. He recommended a roofer and provided pictures of the damage to share. He was also able to recommed people for some other work I needed done. I appreciate Josh's help with this.

Josh did an incredible job on this project, It was not the easiest one to tackle but he did it with ease. After reaching out to multiple handymen I am thankful he was able to put our ideas into action and he exceeded our expectations. On behalf of Al Dahra, Thank you! Josh did great work at our house replacing crown molding around our door. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be using him to fix our shower issue. He is our #1 go to for any repairs that we might need in the future. Very highly recommend. Josh worked with our work schedule and is very punctual with time, and communication simply reliable, and we're very glad to have found him. 4 thumbs up!!!!!!! 👍 👍 👍 👍

Josh has done it all for us, from carpentry to plumbing, countertop installation, electrical work (including the addition of can lighting to our kitchen) roof tiles, and irrigation. He is a good communicator, trustworthy, fast, efficient, and incredibly skilled. His attention to detail is unlike any I’ve witnessed in a handyman (and as a high end residential interior designer I have a lot of experience with contractors). Also, he always leaves the space he is working in cleaner than when he arrived. At this point we consider him part of the family (that’s how often we call him!) and would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Easiest 5 stars ever. Josh with The GUD Handyman was amazing — no one else I’d recommend in AZ. We got lights and a double wall to close off our loft area upstairs to make an office and his work was flawless. Easy to contact, great communication and it definitely feels like he treated our home as if it was his. Will definitely be going back to Josh for any home renovation needs of ours. If you’re looking for someone who is thorough, detailed and doesn’t leave a mess, Josh is your guy 100%. Here is a couple pictures of the walls that he put up to turn our loft into an office (left wall with entrance door to office & right wall with light switches).

Patrick’s provides great service at a fair price. Our tech Romario texted us to let us know he was on the way. He arrived at the appointed time and was efficient and thorough in completing the job. Would highly recommend.

This company has definitely assisted me with successfully completing a couple projects. The technician, Romario, was courteous, respectful & professional. (As well as the previous technicians.) I would highly recommend this local neighborhood company. Such a pleasure working with all the staff & owners.

Communication, availability, and the price was great! The only issue I have was the nozzle leaked quite a bit so everywhere he sprayed had drippings that we had to clean up throughout the house.

Update: they did great second time around.. we still had ants 🐜 but Zech did a thorough search around the house and found the issue! He eliminated it at all cost! I really appreciate the great service!!

Really impressed with this company. They are hard workers and Patrick takes pride in the work as well as the service he provides to his customers. I've been dealing with pigeons and the quality of care they put into the job to place netting around my solar panels and cleaning up the mess on the roof is outstanding. Patrick did a great job fixing our irrigation system in our backyard, planting plants and even doing our backyard lighting! Super responsive. Always available to answer a question. Patrick really does a great job!

We have been using Patrick’s for around a year now for both our pests and weeds. The whole team carries themselves with transparency and integrity. Our most recent service was because we had seen a large scorpion after our recent treatment. Jamie sent Romario out same day and he retreated and set new traps. Again, a great service provided by an event greater team.
