They did a great job adding and laying gravel to our front yard. Mr. Haro was super quick at responding literally only 5 days with communicating and the work being completed!

This company is outstanding! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Can't say enough about how helpful they were. Explained my irrigation system to me and how it should work. I will have them back.

Ismael was phenomenal to work with. One of the few contractors that shows when he says he will and communication was perfect. He is definitely one of the good guys!!

Never showed up for appointment. Called and left message to reschedule, but no one called back. Not a great impression especially when the co-owner stated hiw reliable they were.

Dependable and conscientious! After dealing with multiple unreliable landscaping maintenance workers, I am so happy to find Daniel! They did a great job on my overgrown yard, showed up when they said they would, and even returned on schedule to finish the clean-up that had been interrupted by rain on Day 1. Thank you for a job well done!

DD Landscaping is great very professional Landscapers!!!!They listen to what you want done with your scrubs, trees & they install sprinklers system. Also, we needed a new auto water timer!!! It was installed.
We have had our trees trimmed several times.
They look beautiful after there groomed..

I don't like writing this review, I really don't. I have used DD Landscaping quite a few times over the years and each and every time I have used them, the work has been awesome! My issue, however, isn't with the quality of the work, but with the lack of responsiveness. Several times over the years I have called to have them come out to estimate a job, like pavers or other landscaping odd jobs. And quite a few times now, I have been told that if hear back on an estimate, only to not hear anything. I also referred then to a family member and they had a similar issue in that they got no response.

Most recently I asked them to come out and estimate some paver work for me. They came out, took some measurements and said they'd get back to us with some paver samples matching our house and rock. I have had to follow-up with then once already and we still don't have anything back from them. It has been over two weeks since I reached out to them and over a month since they came out.

I love the work that is done, I just don't like having to follow up so much due to reliability.

This company was paid in advance for services and refuse to offer any products refunds or work.

I had called them numerous times left several messages before hearing any response.

Very unreliable not trustworthy terrible business practice and ethics I would not recommend for anybody to use this company.

If I could give negative star review I would. In my experience they lied to me stole My money and I would assume they would do it to the next person.

Excellent experience all around. Very knowledgable and professional. We shopped around a got quite a few quotes for our front yard remodel, and went with New Image Design because they seemed the most knowledgeable and able to recommend a very nice design for us. Glad we didn't go the cheap route and paid professionals to do it correct.

I can't say enough good things about New Image Design Landscaping - they did an AMAZING job on my backyard it actually looks like the backyard of a model home! The owner, Clint Donaldson has terrific crews was always communicative and was on site every day a crew was here to make sure everything was done correctly! I will definitely use New Image Design Landscaping again when I update my front yard.

I moved here 2 yrs ago and purchased a new build. New builds do not landscape the back yard. At that time I have interviewed 5 different landscapers. I chose New Image Design Landscaping LLC due to the fact that the owner Clint Donaldson presented himself in a very eloquent way. I have been working with him ever since. Clint and his company not only completed my back yard they also redid my front yard and just recently redid my driveway, plus I use them for monthly maintenance. Clint has a vision and can produce the vision that you have. He not only works for you he works with you on every detail. Clint and his crew are very hard dedicated workers. I personally recommend this company.

Clint and his crew did an amazing complete landscape redesign for our front yard and irrigation upgrade to PVC. He captured our vision for the front yard and added some valuable input from Clint. The entire process only took one week as the crew was there everyday and cleaned up meticulously every afternoon before they left. Numerous people driving or walking by have stopped to complement us on our front yard, take pictures, and inquire who the contractor was.

New Image Design Landscaping has provided monthly maintenance for us for the past 2 years. They have provided trimming, cleaning, and replacement of shrubs lost in the heat, which have been few. The owner, Clint, has been very responsive for any questions we have and has responded quickly with e mail and a visit if necessary. I have observed their workers and they are very thorough and complete. Could not ask for more of them.
