Family plumber are wonderful The aerator in my kitchen faucet was broken. The part is impossible to locate. I posted a picture on Nextdoor and the family plumber contacted me with the mfg model number and the phone number of Delta. My brand new part arrived without charge. Family Plumber is an ethical company. They never charged me a dime for their research and courtesy. Give them a chance

I needed my water softener replaced. The technician first quoted us $7K for a new one. When we didn't agree on the price, then he said $4K. I can buy one at home depot or Lowes between$400-$500. This company is WAY too expensive! How does it go from $7k to $4K. We're they seeing what we would be willing to pay?? That's ridiculous!!

For the month of August my water bill was $82 and change. I just got my September bill, $100.91. I called The Family Plumber, LLC sometime between 1:30 pm and 1:45 pm today. Bobby called me back right away and said that he could have Jesse come to my house today between 2 and 5 pm. I got a text from Jesse that he was on his way. 15 minutes and he was here. Jesse looked around outside and checked the water meter and it was spinning. He then came into the house to check the bathrooms. He first went to the guest bathroom and within a couple of minutes found the issue. The toilet fill tank. I really thought it was gonna be a bigger issue. Jesse went right to work and fixed the problem and now I'm on the way to lower water bills!! I am so impressed with this company. They are fair and honest. And they will be taking care of all my future plumbing problems. GREAT PEOPLE!!!

I had a leak in my bathroom around 10pm on a Sunday night. I called and left a message and received a called back within minutes! I described my problem to Bobby, the owner, and was scheduled for the next day! I was so relieved to have someone come out the next day since I have such a crazy work schedule and didn’t want to be without water to my house any longer than I already was. Jesse, Bobby’s employee, came out and fixed my leak and replaced my outside water shut off valve. He was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend both the Family Plumber and Jesse! Thank you again, Bobby, for calling me back so quickly and helping me to get my plumbing back into working order!

Found Bobby thru recommendations on nextdoor.com. From initial contact thru completion Bobby was professional, courtese and knowledgeable. He scheduled our job to replace faucet and supply lines on a date/time thaf worked well for our schedule. He was on time and completed to job while keeping everything clean and tidy. I always like to support local small businesses and glad I found him online.

We were very pleased with the work that Derick did at our house. He was professional and friendly. We got the diagnosis on Wednesday and the next day Derick was back to fix the problem. Very good communication from the company and Derick. I highly recommend the family Plumber!

We had a water sensor that needed replacing. Bobby was awesome! He returned my call within minutes after I left a message. He came by, but unfortunately Moen sent me the wrong size sensor. Bobby did not charge me for his time to come out. When the correct size sensor came in, I called him and he came out and completed the job. He was very friendly and professional! Explained more to me about using the sensor! Highly recommend!!
