Constraction reviews in Tempe, Arizona

Mark and his team took great care of us. They handled our water damage claim professionally, made the insurance process simple, and restored our home beautifully. Highly recommend their services!

An amazing team. Mark and David are experienced and use a wonderful crew to get the job done. When our kitchen had water damage, they had to rebuild cabinets, drywall, and paint a very large area. It looks like nothing ever happened now. Highly recommend For repairs or remodels.

When a pipe broke causing severe damage to my home I didn’t know where to turn, fortunately, I contacted RCSbuilders. They immediately started the recovery process and had a mitigation team on site quickly, worked closely with my insurance company and preformed the restoration of my home. Mark worked hard to stay within the amount the insurance would cover yet was open to any changes I wanted to make and stayed in contact with me through the entire process. He reduced the stress of the situation and gave me the impression he actually cared about me and wasn’t just taking advantage of my situation.
I am once again proud of my home after my misfortune thanks to RCSbuilders and would recommend them to any one

White-glove treatment from Mark and his team at RCS. They helped me out of a jam in a house that had tenants living in it. They made a very difficult situation much easier for both me and the folks living in the house. Would highly recommend!

They did a great job repairing my carport after a storm . They were very professional and reliable .

Mark and his team did an amazing job. My water heater leaked into to my house amd required a lot of work including replacement of all of my flooring and repainting of my entire downstairs. 100% best interaction with a repair company. I hope we never have to do it again but if we do we know who to call.

Mark and his team at RCS Builders, recently completed a custom remodel on my house. The transformation has been jaw dropping. My friends are amazed at the changes and workmanship in the project. I could tell his team took pride in the skill and expertise they contributed on my project.

Mark did an excellent job communicating through the entire project. He always responded to my call or texts, and his crew was very respectful to me personally as well as to my property. Everyone I came in contact with were patient and helpful when I had questions, needed things explained in a different way for total understanding and wanted suggestions on possible options. I felt like my total satisfaction was important. His bid was competitive, and he was accommodating (and $ fair) with some changes I requested once the work started. I learned alot during this remodel. I would absolutely work with Mark on future projects and/or recommend him to my friends.

Working with RCS Builders has been a game-changer for our team. Their communication is sharp, they stay ahead of schedule, and their attention to detail is second to none. When our mitigation jobs transition to rebuild, we know homeowners are in excellent hands with RCS. They treat every project with professionalism and care, and it shows in the final product. We’re proud to partner with a company that shares our values and delivers consistent quality.

After a drunk driver crashed into our commercial building, we were facing absolute chaos—structural damage, power outage, insurance headaches, and the fear of long downtime for our business. From the very first call, this restoration team took total control of the situation with professionalism, urgency, and incredible compassion.

They showed up immediately, secured the building, handled cleanup, coordinated repairs, and worked directly with our insurance company every step of the way. Their communication was clear and consistent, their crew was respectful and hardworking, and their attention to detail was unmatched. What could have been a months-long nightmare was turned into a smooth, organized, and surprisingly stress-free process.

The quality of the restoration exceeded our expectations. Our building looks better now than it did before the accident. Most importantly, they got us back in business faster than we ever imagined possible.

I had some ceiling damage from a roof leak, and this team took excellent care of me. Paul did a thorough assessment of the damage and quickly provided a fair estimate. Mark, the owner, kept in touch throughout the process and made everything stress-free. Luis and his crew did amazing work — efficient, detailed, and left the ceiling looking brand new. Communication and response time were outstanding from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend them!
