**Review: Dangerous Driving Practices by Driver**
I recently encountered a troubling incident involving one of Authority HVAC's drivers that raises serious concerns about safety and professionalism on the road. While merging onto a freeway where traffic was flowing at speeds of 75-80 miles per hour, the driver of Authority HVAC vehicle was traveling at only 60 miles per hour, causing a significant and dangerous backup.
This kind of driving behavior not only held up a long line of vehicles trying to merge but also created a hazardous situation for everyone on the road. Vehicles had to abruptly slow down, swerve, or aggressively change lanes to avoid a potential collision. Such driving practices can easily lead to accidents, putting lives at risk.
It is imperative that Authority HVAC addresses this issue immediately considering this is not the only review regarding dangerous driving etiquette from their drivers. Ensuring that their drivers adhere to safe merging speeds and are aware of the flow of traffic is crucial for the safety of all road users. I urge the company to provide additional training and enforce stricter guidelines to prevent such dangerous incidents & possibly death, from occurring in the future.
Until I see a commitment to improved driver safety from Authority HVAC, I would strongly advise caution when encountering their vehicles on the road. Safety should always be the top priority, and unfortunately, this recent experience suggests that it may not be the case with Authority HVAC at the moment.
I tried my best to take a picture of the driver but the picture came out blurry. This incident happened in Georgetown merging from a Frontage Road past Williams Drive onto 35. -
Your driver almost ran me off the road! I called the cops, for their unsafe driving. They cannot cut people off the road, I will tell everyone how much of an unsafe driver they are, and how you hire people that drive recklessly. He was driving on the white lanes taking up two lanes total, speeding, and almost side swiped me as well. Please see attached photo of drivers plates.

I want to be contacted by the company. This is absolutely ridiculous. -
A client of mine used this company and it was awful. Everyone we spoke to ended up not being there the next week so we were never able to get work done. Do not use them.
-
Very bad. They came out to fix my ac and broken it wrose. The owner apparently let everyone go so there's nobody to call. I'd avoid this place and use total comfort instead.
-
Do not do business here. The CEO takes advantage of customers. I was using this company and I found out they were marking my work completely when it really wasn't putting us out of compliance with our landlord. I would avoid this place.

Feels like you're dealing with family when working with Casa Verde. Decades of collective experience in multiple facets of construction, residential and commercial. Ben, the owner, shares a wealth of information in laymen's terms to help ease concerns and make you feel confident that everything is being done to spec. If you're looking for integrity, quality and trust, look no further!

If you want sometging done, dont go here, took forever to complete anything, and the owner is a prick, worst experience ever, dont go here!!

Great people! You get that family owned feel, but been in the business a long time so great experience and knowledge! I found myself sitting and chatting about construction stuff that I figured I would have no idea about or understand. Ben was able to bring things down to my level with ease and explain.
