Constraction reviews in Tempe, Arizona

Complete Maintenance Pros did an excellent job installing two brand new A/C units for my house this past week. They are very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. I hope to continue to receive work from them in the future. I highly recommend!

The work was completed and of good quality. My only complaint was that scheduling was erratic. Sometimes I would get a text that someone was coming and no one would show up. Other times, someone would show up to work without advance notice. We pretty much had to have someone at home at all times for the duration of the work, even Sundays.

I love that this is a family owned & run company! Gina and Vincent are great people and very good at their craft, I always get a quick response from them and I feel very comfortable recommending them to people in the future. If you want to support a local, small business this should be the one.

I just wanna thank Chris for doing a great job on my grandmothers heater. He put a new thermostat on. He checked the wiring to make sure everything was good and he even stayed here 10 minutes to make sure the heater was working thank you Chris. I appreciate your work

Vincent came out the very next morning to service my ac unit. Honest, owner operated, quick and painless. Did not try to upsell, told me what he would do if it was his unit and it did not involve spending more money. He loves his community and isn't trying to take advantage of the people in it. Hired his services to repair a garage door spring scheduled for later this week! Give CMP a call if you enjoy no nonsense, no upselling types of experiences when you need a General Contractor. Such a relief to not feel like I was being sold something I didn't need, peace of mind - priceless.

Vincent and his team is like the family you have always wanted. They are the people you know you can go to if you are in trouble. I was in a lot of house trouble with a fixer that needed a ton of repairs. This team is not a marketing sales team, they are genuine people wanting to help. I came to them with a list of problems and they came back to me with a list of solutions at a reasonable timeframe and price point. Actually, I needed the job rushed a bit, but they stepped up to the challenge and maintained quality of work during the entire process. I cannot recommend CMP enough and for as long as I need things fixed in my home, they will be my preferred service.

I'm BEYOND IMPRESSED with CMP! Friendly. Professional. Accommodating. Knowledgeable. Competitively priced. Prompt. Exceptionally responsive to phone calls, emails, and texts. I'm helping my elderly Mother with a condo renovation in South Scottsdale and the patience they demonstrate is phenomenal. They even referred me to an AMAZING pest control provider. Thank you Gina, Vincent, Gilbert!

Gilbert Orondez went above and beyond our expectations to insure we would be pleased with the results of every aspect of our project. Gina always responded quickly and was very helpful. Jason even emptied our trash! The whole team at CMP is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I was looking for a company that could help me build a casita in Mesa at my personal home. I was referred to CMP General Contracting, and I met with Vincent and Gina at their office in Tempe. They were extremely thorough at explaining the process of permits required with the City of Mesa, which is a very confusing process they helped breakdown for me. I had many questions about approximate building costs and they were very patient in answering all of them. After our meeting, I felt very confident in what needs to be done to accomplish my build and what contracting company I want to perform it. If you are looking for anything home remodel related or casita builds in the Phoenix valley area, be sure to contact CMP General Contracting!

CMP completely transformed our kitchen and added a undeniable need for a pantry! We absolutely love our space so much, they truly made one of our wishes for our home come to life!

In the 1st photo to the left of the windows, was a dead space with a shallow coat closet. The next 2 photos are of the new pantry.

Next set of photos are from the before and after of our newly remodeled kitchen space that flows amazingly with fluid space.

Thank you so much, Maintenence Pros!

Forever grateful, The Herring Family!

From my personal experience, you truly can’t put a price on peace of mind. CMP has taken care of both my home and business for quite some time, and their expertise and craftsmanship give me complete confidence every time. I genuinely feel worry-free knowing they’re handling my HVAC needs and other miscellaneous things I’ve reached out about. I Highly recommend CMP General Contracting!

Great work by CMP. I needed 7 fans installed in my new house. CMP gave me a quote and I hired them as the price to install the fans was reasonable. CMP crew arrived on time. The job was handled in a timely manner. They also made sure all fans worked properly and they took the time to show me how the remotes worked. CMP crew cleaned up after the job was completed. I will hire them in future.

On time, explains everything in simple language, clean and neat. Awesome to work with.

This company did a bait and switch. They gave me an estimate for several jobs, then after collecting 50% of the cost from me. they only did a third of the work, but kept the whole deposit. They also did not use like materials in the job.

Wes and his crew came in and helped with my office electrical. He took down a whip for some cubicles. He was very professional and showed up on time and got right to work. He was very affordable and will go above and beyond! Thanks again guys!

Had Wes come in to quote some tile work and baseboards that was left incomplete from a previous contractor. Finished quickly and without a mess to clean up. Sealed up the baseboards and made sure the areas where grout needed to be replaced got replaced

Infinity Property Service performs great work. Wes is detailed, his techs do a great job, they clean up after themselves, and are very professional and responsive. I recommend IPS to anyone needing construction, handyman services, painting, flooring, landscaping, you name it, they do it in a quality way.

It's a pleasure doing business with Authority HVAC!

Violent employees attack vehicles unprovoked

was almost ran off the road by the driver. Unacceptable. RIDICULOUS I hope this company goes out of business. Called the company and the cops

I watched an employee get out of the Authority HVAC van and slash the tires of a vehicle in a Home Depot parking lot.
