Constraction reviews in Tempe, Arizona

Very professional and pleasent Mike was very clear and understandable. I felt no pressure. I love my windows that Cat installed in 2016. No noise no dust. Love them!!

Great customer service from Ty & Vince. The team that was lead by Galvin installing windows / sliding door were awesome.

Harry is awesome and explained everything to me and made sure I knew I was getting a quality window and was so personable and treated me with so much respect and guided me through every step of the way. I’m going to save so much money thanks to him. Could not recommend him and his company enough. Thank you Harry!

Harry gave a fantastic presentation when he came over. Unfortunately couldn't afford the windows today but definitely in consideration for the future. Thank you for having a great guy like him come over.

I just purchased new windows for my home. I'm really excited! I reseached the company before they came and was very pleased with the reviews. The salesman Mike Goldman gave a very good presentation of the company and the product. He was not pushy at all! There was a lot of chaos going on at my house and he was very patient! Can't wait to see my new windows.

Vince, Justin and Jordan were excellent excellent representatives of your organization and we will be keeping them and your company at the top of our list the next time we need your help. The patio cover is excellent and we are already enjoying it. And a special thank you to Ty Brooks for his patience and clarity in explaining the entire process of what we could expect.

My name is Fred Spruell and I’ve had C.A.T. Exteriors install all new windows and doors for me. They are a great outfit to work with Harriet was very cooperative and answered all our questions and then the workers came and did their measurement and did their installation and the product is beautiful. We have very nice windows and doors. I think it was 16 overall to including two sliding doors conversion of one window to a sliding door and 14 other windows somewhere picture window somewhere sliding windows, but they were all done perfectly and they worked beautifully. The result has been an improvement in our heat efficiency because the windows are gas filled and very efficient and conserving the temperature of the house and I think we’re running our heating and air conditioning at about 6° higher for the air conditioning and 6° lower for the heating that’s all we are very pleased with the result.

$54,000 was the quote for two patio covers. 23’x17’ and 16’x9’ no lights or ceiling fans, just the cover. For another 20k I could have a steel building with concrete, power, lights, insulation and 40’x30’. This is crazy!! I hope people aren’t paying for this. The construction prices are out of control. And it’s a two day install. This is insane.

The project manager and sales teams were great. The windows are great. I love the look of them. They slide open easily and the locking mechanisms are easily accessible.

CAT coated and painted my peeling brick exterior. The paint job came out amazing and has a lifetime guarantee. I'm pleased with the work and the professionalism of the paint crew.

Vince and team were awesome! New Anlin windows from CAT Exteriors look great! They cleaned as they went and did excellent work! Highly recommend Vince and CAT Exteriors!

Ty Brooks visited my home to pitch CAT windows on 2/16/26.
Ty was very polite, very informative about the company and the product. His presentation was flawless and I had a good time chatting with and learning more about this amazing product.

I love my Anlin Windows. I really love my Anlin Windows!!!

I have ruined furniture, photos, curtains and blinds because of the AZ sun. Plus my electric bill was outrageous. I decided to replace the windows as a last resort.

My Anlin windows keep the heat out, they have lowered my electric bill by more the $100 a month. Thanks you CAT and Anlin. 5 stars!!!

Vince is a great manager. The workers were very polite and did everything I asked for. I was very pleased and happy with the job.

We recently had our home repainted with the CcolWall technology provided by CAT exteriors. The entire process from beginning to end was awesome, fast, and very well done. You can tell that our exterior is now sealed for the decades ahead. We are very pleased with the color, sheen, and thickness provided! Excellent service from Vince and Bruce’s crew. Thanks again!

Thank you Vince! We love our windows from CAT Exteriors. Installation went perfectly and the windows look great.

Harry Sierota was great. CAT installed patio cover and windows and Texcote. More to come. Use to have 5 stars. Had first rain and HORRIBLE leaks. Gutters have ZERO sealant and side where connects to house also leaks horribly.

I love my Anlin windows from CAT Exteriors. Vince Pace is both the best installer and project manager. Very professional

Cat Exteriors provided the easiest and most amazing experience I could have asked for! From the start of the sale to the end of installation - it was nothing but excitement and joy! The installers were fabulous as well as my sales consultant. I’m obsessed with my windows - dual pane, no aluminum, noise control, and heat control -which is necessary in Arizona! Would recommend!

First thing noticed was reduction in utility bill. Second was how much better my house looks. Also noticed no cracks or water marks. The house also looks much brighter. The color is gorgeous. I am so glad I moved ahead with this project and would suggest anyone thing of doing this to go ahead, you will be happy. All the promises Harry made came through

My prior sliding glass door was crap. It was badly scratched, hard to open, ugly and fugly. I hated it for years. It did not allow my friend Violet to get in and out of easily. I had to use a portable dog door for her.

When CAT Exteriors approached me it fulfilled a dream I had for 12 years... the price was not cheap for 12 feet of glass and 2 sliders but when I compared the price to the quality and especially the argon warranty it became a no brainer.

If you have a ugly slider that is hard to open and scratched. Find CAT Exteriors and Anlin.
