I had a great experience with McGrath Builders. Eddie, the project manager, and the whole McGrath team were easy to work with, available at all times of the day with any questions I had, professional, and on schedule, which nowadays is no easy accomplishment: a great team that delivered a good, quality restoration.

Excellent professional group of service providers. Luigi was an excellent project manager. Jeff was exceptional in repairing walls. Painting and trim work. Looks great. Tile men were very precise and excellent finish to a seamless project. Highly recommend their services.

It was a pleasure doing business with McGrath Builders. Each person that came to our house was a skilled worker and did an excellent job of returning our house to its original condition. They all demonstrated a real concern to please us, the customers. I sensed that they took pride in their work and did so in a congenial manner. I'm glad we chose McGrath Builders and we would not hesitate to call them again.

When we had water damage to our kitchen, family room and hallways we had no idea who to call. Our insurance said to contact McGrath Builders .Almost immediately an inspector came out and took many pictures and gave a thorough explanation of what had to be done. He offered for us to get other quotes but we were so impressed we went with McGraths. I n a couple of days a project manager came out and gave us a schedule on when they would start. Exactly to the day workmen showed up. They were courteous, professional and were very friendly-We had baseboards replaced, painting done and cabinets replaced.The project manager even worked a new appliance package for us(at our expense thru a local appliance store) Everything went so smooth it actually turned a bad situation into a great experience. I would very highly recommend McGraths for your restoration project-The final phase was a complete tile cleaning along with a cleaning of the rooms involved. Thank you McGraths and their awesome employees.

I had an AC unit leak and damage my roof, insulation & drywall. This was handled through my insurance but all the McGrath team was wonderful and safe to work with. They were responsive, professional, friendly! They were great to work with considering I have dogs and the damage was right in the
Middle of where I needed to be daily. They sectioned off the area to help with air quality and had it done quickly! Highly recommend!!!! No problems at all!

Approximately 2 weeks before Christmas I accidentally flooded my upstairs bathroom and ruined the surrounding carpet and the drywall downstairs. The damage was so bad we couldn't even use the room. This was not the first time I had to deal with water damage, shortly after purchase I realized there was water damage that wasn't disclosed by the seller. Thankfully said damage was covered by insurance but my experience was horrible so naturally I was a little nervous this time around. This experience was completely DIFFERENT Eddie and his crew were AMAZING!!! got the job done in record timing and far exceeded my expectations. Eddie was so responsive I told him I was a nurse and couldn't always answer but he was so flexible and I truly appreciate that.They did such a good job now I want to replace the carpet and repaint the rest of my home. I just cant say enough good things about McGrath- THANKS AGAIN EDDIE YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

I'm so happy with the work that was done. All the employees were professional. Came to start work when they said. Answered all my questions. The house looks great.
Also the Box company employees were so careful with my belongs. They put everything back & cleaned.

We had an accidental flood that affected our master bedroom/bathroom, hallway and son’s room. Usually I hear how construction on situations like this take forever but Luigi and his team were very quick, always kept in touch over email/phone, physically checking in and just overall made the experience very easy and painless! I definitely recommend them for anything you may need, they’re an excellent company to work with!

We had a water leak on the back of the refrigerator flooding the kitchen, pantry hallway closet and a bedroom.
McGrath Builders replaced about 800 sq ft of bamboo flooring, painted the kitchen, family room, bedroom, and closets and all the bass boards . The damage floor was removed and the painting was done while we waited for the new floor to come. Start to finish was less than two weeks the crews were quick and efficient and the job turned out great

We had water damage from a unit above us. Our insurance suggested several restoration companies and McGrath was the first to respond with a plan that included dealing with the HOA should that become an issue. I was in Phoenix for a few days to assess the damage and get things started. The water mitigation company was already in place by the time I got there. Once they were done McGrath was on site and had everything set up for the restoration. They started on time and, from the pictures they sent, everything looks great. We had good updates from the crew. It was a huge relief to have professionals looking after things from the start. I would recommend this company for the great job they did for us.

This was an awesome experience!! I was working with my homeowners insurance (Farmers) and the entire process was seamless! For McGrath, I worked with Wyatt and Luigi. Both very professional, communicative and responsive. Luigi stopped by the house nearly every day to be sure all was on track and would let me know when he'd be there so I could go over to meet him and discuss things in person. This was a very large restoration after a plumbing leak and flood. ALL sub-contractors working for McGrath were professional, friendly and Thorough. They went above and beyond to be sure we were pleased with every detail. The best part was the TIME-LINE. Each and every part of the process was finished AHEAD of schedule -- Very Surprising in this day and age! I saw at least 1 review that said having them work directly with your insurance was bad idea ... Not so from my point of view! This was the best way to go!!

What a great company. We had our kitchen counter tops and cabinets restored due to water damage.
Everything they did was top notch and professional. Luigi was our project manager. He made sure that we were in the loop on every step of the process. Nothing but professionalism and respect. McGrath Builders exceeded my expectations. Our Car Port was blown away by the storms in Arizona. McGrath builders rebuilt it from the bottom up. The Carport looks like a million bucks. Professional, Stable, Very Well Built! This company from my exposure with Neal on the estimate to Eddie the project manager and the professionals that completed the work was loaded with confidence with McGrath Builders. This company was awesome from start to finish! Communication was on point. They were very flexible and patient with my elderly aunts move and finished tasks in a timely matter. McGrath Builders is an exceptional customer-centric company, and the Project Manager, Luigi, is the best I have worked with. I have collaborated with many project managers over the years on various remodeling projects. We worked with the insurance company and two other companies, including McGrath, to complete a demo and rebuild of a bathroom due to a collapsed sewer pipe. Luigi ensured that I was kept informed at every step and was transparent about the work and charges. His team members exceeded expectations, going as far as fixing another company's significant mistake, such as reinstalling the toilet in the wrong location. Additionally, his team consistently cleaned up after each visit and made an effort to maintain a clean working environment. Luigi was also remarkable in adhering to the project schedule. I was particularly impressed when I tried to tip him for his outstanding work, and he declined and requested that I gave the tip to his team instead. I wholeheartedly recommend Luigi and McGrath, and would not hesitate to use their services again.

I am so happy with Farmers Insurance for going with McGrath Builders to restore my damaged house, garage. McGrath quickly came to me and did a thorough inspection of the damaged and within the same day provided the Farmers adjuster with line by line detail of the work required. The project manager, Luigi, who McGrath assigned to my project immediately reached out to me to get the work scheduled. Luigi did a fantastic job managing my repair project. He not only provided me with daily updates but stayed on top of all his subcontractors to make sure they are on time and that the work were done correctly. Luigi made the entire repair process a lot less stressful than what initially thought.
