We had some water damage to the floor and part of walls. Wyatt and Alex did an amazing job of removing them and drying it out. Wyatt kept me updated with what was going on and always let me know when he was coming over.

We had a very good experience with McGrath. Luigi was very friendly, always took our phone calls, answered questions, and worked hard to make things right throughout the entire process. We highly recommend this company.

I worked with Neal and then Eddie the rest of the time. They were both personable and explained everything to me. Eddie was here each time he had some of his guys out, making sure everything was done properly. Super nice guy!!

Very professional and kept me updated on every phase of the repairs. The superintendent of the project, Eddie made sure everything was done right and took care of the few minor issues that came up. Would recommend them highly.

After having to deal with a flood that ruined some kitchen cabinets, I was very upset to say the least, along came McGrath builders and really put me at ease, everything and everyone was highly professional and they know exactly what needs to be done to set all back my home to its original state.. I can't say enough good things about this company. While they were professional they were also friendly and helpful.They helped me in many ways.They explained what they were doing and why. Their work was very good and done as quickly as possible.I would recommend McGrath to anyone who would need these services.

I had a good experience in 2024 but then referred a friend. She has been treated horribly. No progress since November. If I could give them less then one star I would.
Do not use them and save yourself some heartache.

They did a nice job! Eddie the project manager was quick to address any concerns that I had! This job was covered by insurance but I would hire them on my own.

PSA: DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY DO YOUR WORK!!! They came in doing work through our insurance company; dry where the leak was, replace the shower, paint the (very) small bathroom...it took THREE MONTHS!!! Every week, there was something happening for them to not get moving on completing the job. They used products that were easy to find and cheap(er) by industry standards; really what I'm saying is that this job shouldn't have taken that long for the money they were approved for! This company totally failed us. Such a bummer, we have more work in our home that they will be losing out on based on our completed interactions thus far. Unfortunately for them, I'll never pass their name on to have work done to anyone...EVER!!!!

I had two different water leaks in my bathrooms, I had to get home owners ins to cover both times. Magrath Builders was a life saver, on the first repair I had a plumber out first that told me I needed a new shower and tub stall because they had to rip my marble one out. It was leaking through the ceiling down into the kithchen.
Once Magrath was involved they told me it was never necessary to rip it out in the first place. They worked with my ins and other than my deductible everything was covered, plus I even received the cost of the new shower I had to purchase. Magrath did a wonderful job beginning to end with all aspects, down to drywall and paint.
On my second claim, water leaked from my 2nd floor bathroom through the ceiling and to my room underneath just like the first one. They came and appraised the damage and repair cost , filed it with ins and then did the job in one day including painting the entire room and ceiling after replacing the drywall. These guys are the best I really highly recommend them. I will use again.

Mcgrath Builders were amazing. They made a very stressful situation a whole lot better. They are by far the best company we have worked with. I will definitely be using them again in the future and will recommend this company to anyone who asks.

They work for the insurance company and not for the home owner. I had a busted pipe and the first walk through said they would fix everything and I only had to pay the deductible. But, after they are all done, I had a garbage disposal that was leaking. They sent a plumber out and said the garbage disposal was broken. 450 charge me to replace it. I agreed, because it was leaking. I have home warranty on my house it would of cost me the 80 co pay. But, after being stuck in a hotel for 2 months while these guys attempt to fix my house. I just let them replace it. Bathroom door still sticks that they promised to fix. Paint droppings everywhere. Now, they say I owe more money. I paid my deductible, paid for the garbage disposal they said was broken. It was leaking all of a sudden after they put it on. Dont use these guys please. You be sorry.

We used McGrath both for insurance home repair (water damage from bathroom leak) and for contract work to get out house ready to sell--recarpet ING and room painting.

They were consistently on time, professional, and communicative.
