We had a fantastic team that included Cody, Martin, Jeff, Carlos, and Carla. Cody did a top-notch job with drywall replacement, paying attention to every seam and edge. Martin and his team did an incredible job installing our new floors -- they look flawless! Jeff was meticulous in installing the baseboards and even took the time to touch up some paint on the walls. Carlos and Carla wrapped up with a deep clean that made our home feel fresh and spotless.

Eddie and his team went above and beyond to make the entire rebuild process easy and stress-free. The final touches made our home feel like new! We had a fantastic experience with the mitigation team at McGrath Builders. Our washer broke and flooded the laundry room, creating a stressful situation. Our project manager, Matt, responded quickly, coming out on a Friday afternoon to assess the damage. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and wasted no time -- he was back first thing Monday morning to start the repair work.

Matt was a true professional in every sense. He was consistently punctual, worked diligently, and completed the job efficiently.

Matt's professionalism stood out throughout the process. He was not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly nice and approachable. He took the time to explain each step of the process in detail, making sure we fully understood what was happening and why. His clear communication and dedication to customer satisfaction made a difficult situation much more manageable.

McGrath was a pleasure to work with start to finish. We contracted them to replace drywall, rebuild cabinets and replace flooring in our home after water damage from a failed plumbing pipe. Neal who prepared our claim was extremely prepared and knowledgeable. Eddie our project manager was professional, helpful and a great communicator. The work was done on time and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely hire them again and will look to them first when we decide to upgrade other parts of our home.

We lost a family member unexpectedly in August. Unfortunately the home was poisoned due to the passing and body decomposing after so many days. Neal from McGrath Builders was first on site and was so professional and gracious to us in this truly sad time. We met Eddie during the fumigation process and he’s been remarkable and extremely knowledgeable on the rebuild process of the entire inside of the home! The entire team at McGrath is wonderful including Jeff, Carlos and Carla! Thank you all so much!

RainSoft installed a reverse osmosis system with Alkaline filter in my home. I had a great experience with Matthew (Sales) and Mel (installation). The finish matches my exiting faucet, and I love the convenience of getting filtered enhanced water from a tap! The installers arrived right on time, worked carefully, and thoroughly cleaned up when the work was completed. They were friendly, courteous and did a wonderful job of installing our new carpet.

Problems with the floor installer..

Terrible at tracking their inventory and knowing what’s in their store

got my wood, asked an orange apron to get somebody to help me with cutting the wood. 15 minutes later I went to the front desk to ask again. 15 minutes later I asked another person and they went to the backroom to get somebody who could cut lumber. 30 minutes after I got my lumber and asking four people to get somebody to cut it for me I was late for work without getting my wood 😠 horrible Home Depot. Calling corporate about this.

I asked where was the bathroom and the lady on customer service with a very bad attitude told me where and then when I got there she required a code, really terrible service.

GeeGee single-handedly made my day, above and beyond associate behavior. She helped me out in flooring beyond what I had imagined, after I came in with a "probably a lost cause, but —" attitude about a project.

The young man who came to my home was very professional and polite. Gave a full rundown of what he had done. ☑️ v
