Constraction reviews in Tempe, Arizona

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with quality. Constantly having issues with warranty repairs being done correctly or done at all. Always having to make sure they don’t skip over the little items. Not a square wall in our house. Low quality material. The representative tries to talk you out of repairs or doesn’t even schedule them. Tries to circumvent the need to make it right. I didn’t have insulation in parts of my house. I take days off to be available for repairs that never get done. Fulton says it’s not their fault. It’s the trades fault. I paid Fulton for the house, not the individual trades. “You’re proud to own, we’re proud to build” I feel like these are two misleading statements. They are happy to get paid for poor quality and the homeowners are left with the headache.
I will not recommend them or buy from them again. -
I'm seeing a lot of reviews taking out their anger on Fulton and it's ridiculous. We were able to purchase a home with Fulton during an economic crisis and they made it a wonderful experience. In fact they were ahead of the building schedule a bit! Starting off with customer service, they were honest and extremely friendly. Both people at the office told us what we needed to hear to have the best experience because they too built homes here. We stopped by a few times a month to check in and everything just looked perfect. The design center is stunningly beautiful and we had so much fun. Long story short, if you suffered from a worldwide pandemic, don't expect Fulton to cave and fix your problems. They're a business too that rely on your stability. If you're not ready to build a house then save up in an apartment. Fulton is an amazing company and a wonderful place to raise a family. They resell at a high value too so you're investing with that quality. I look forward to building my next Fulton home someday!

Beware of the customer service for this company. Being dealing with Donna and she is extremely rude, zero customer service skills. She says that her “honesty” is an excuse to be as rude as she can be.

Very good job this year with the toy drive just saw it on the news that is a lot of happy children and that is what is important to most of us parents that are not able to give the extra or be able to provide very good job.

Mold in my brand-new Fulton home!!!
Mold was found in the HVAC, attic framing, and walls — confirmed by inspectors and labs. The house took 16 months to build and sat exposed during heavy rain. I’ve been severely sick and am now living in an Airbnb while paying a mortgage on a toxic home and Fulton is barely even communicating with us. Absolutely devastating. -
I just bought a house in Ashley Park 1997 Chandler Arizona this house is junk the floors cracked everywhere I have termite problems because of the cracked floors framing is bad nasty work man I like the area but the houses are junk poor craftsmanship it's a Fulton home

Disappointed. During our walk through we pointed out several areas that needed to be fixed. Several things were missing; mirrors, medicine cabinets, shower doors, non broken windows, appliances, landscaping, towel bars, window screens, etc. There were also several damages. There is a 2 foot hole in my upstairs floor where we can’t even walk. We were assured by Steve that these items would be fixed prior to receiving our keys the following week. They were not. Two weeks since our walk through and I look at the dream home that I spent 21 months waiting for it to be built and all I see are holes and dents and poor quality. Screws in my kids shower and dirt, grout and paint splatter everywhere. I never leave bad reviews, but this is fraud and this is a company taking advantage of people by lying. A home purchase is the largest purchase someone makes and to give them a filthy damaged incomplete home is just wrong. I am giving them 30 days to make things right before I file a complaint with the ROC and BBB.

One of the Valley's largest electrical contractors that can be part of a huge operation with the large contracts division down to your electrical repairs and small contract division. Their work and professionalism speaks volumes. No residential services are available.

Absolutely amazing service, communication and workmanship from the start of my project through to the end.

This was a lengthy process. That being said, the meticulous and conscientious attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the work that was done.

McGrath Builders is a great company. If you need restoration after fire or water damage, or other construction needs, they are the ones to call.

If you are working on an insurance claim this is NOT the company to use!
They work with the insurance company not you.
Im sure they're a quality company, but they won't let you review an estimate before it's submitted to your insurance and the quote will be in favor of the insurance company. -
Very pleased with the work they do. Austin was able to give very accurate quotes and get the work done in a professional and outstanding manner. I highly recommend them for all your building needs.
