Doing business with Vincent is like this. Your price quoted means nothing. He installed two aircon unites for me. I had to get Champion Aircon to come and fix his mess and bad install. Has no idea what he is doing. And I quote after sending him the diagnosis of what Champion Aircon found wrong to fix the bad install - from Vincent the owner.
Yes, it does, this is why we are not the top priced in the valley as of yet. I will scale and I will help my staff get better by hiring the right people. I have faith. We don’t have a lot of experience with two-stage units, but these are all learning experiences that we must overcome.
Vincent has blames us for everything that went wrong but after calling another company to get the system working this is what Champion Air found and I quote.
Unit was left in test mode and there were two points to point jumpers left in place and one point to point-to-point jumper left in place. Installer had no idea what they were doing. extra cables were left on system and could damage system.
Vincent - I guess I need a team meeting; we must be better than that.

Guys this is an amateur who should not be in this business.

Every turn, he changed his pricing upwards. A handyman can do a better job. Use a real company!!!

I have used Complete Maintenance Pros Llc twice in the last two months on two separate occasions. The first time CMProsAZ was called out for a commercial job. The HVAC/ Air Conditioner has always been a problem where it was not cooling the commercial space enough. It took CMProsAZ on look and the problem was resolved. Now during this Arizona heat we don't have to worry about it getting to hot especially with an open kitchen. They gave us some tips on how we can keep the AC in good shape. With time against us as business owners we asked if their company wouldn't mind doing our tune- up before summer hits. Since we were the last stop and they were finishing for the day they agreed to tune up our system clean it out and make sure it would last.

The second time we used CMProsAZ was to install flood lights that were wired. Steven the technician came took out the old replaced with a new one. This job may sound easy for some, but the point is they came (on-time) efficiently executed the job and made sure we were satisfied with the job before leaving. That is service.

I contacted CMP to come install an outlet for an EV Charger. Chris did a great job explaining we needed to upgrade our electrical panel in order to support the charging station. He handled the permitting and the whole process went smooth from beginning to end. I have an A/C company currently but will be using CMP for air conditioning next year as well.

I was very satisfied with their service. I had a problem with my AC when the heating element went out in the winter time and it was blowing nothing but cold air. It was freezing in here. I called complete maintenance. They came out the very next day on time, the tech was very nice. Very polite and fix the issue within the hour. I will always use complete maintenance for my AC unit. The good thing I didn’t have to wait days for somebody to come out to fix my unit. I’ve had several people come out but not as quick as this one Person did.
