I recently had some work done by CAT Exteriors and I could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional and easy to work with.

My first point of contact was Harry. He was great. Very nice and provided no pressure. I replaced my unit because it was old and made weird sounds. I was tired of fixing it over and over again and was afraid it would fail in the middle of summer.

The PM Vince was very professional and made the process easy. The installation team took two days . They arrived on time and left no mess behind. They were excellent and professional.

My new Anlin windows have been installed and look fantastic! CAT Exteriors did a fabulous job from start to finish. Ty was very knowledgeable of the Anlin product and procedures Anlin uses and did a terrific job of describing the process of how the windows were made and what sets them apart from other windows. He even had a great demonstration for the blocking of heat that the windows have compared to others on the market. Ty got me approved for financing and even submitted the Architectural Request to HOA and took care of their question/request as soon as I forwarded email to him.
Installation supervisor Juan and foreman Angel and their crew were prompt, courteous and very respectful. They did a superior install job! They cleaned up incredibly well after themselves. Angel made sure I knew how the locks on windows worked, how the screens are removed from the inside only ver easily, took me around to reach window to look over the work completed and even gave me a tip to use Pledge every 6 weeks to keep sliding of windows easy & slick.
If you are looking for new windows and want a superior product with an outstanding performance from a company from beginning to end you definitely need to give CAT exteriors a call, you won't regret it!

I just purchased new windows for my home. I'm really excited! I reseached the company before they came and was very pleased with the reviews. The salesman Mike Goldman gave a very good presentation of the company and the product. He was not pushy at all! There was a lot of chaos going on at my house and he was very patient! My name is Fred Spruell and I’ve had C.A.T. Exteriors install all new windows and doors for me. They are a great outfit to work with Harriet was very cooperative and answered all our questions and then the workers came and did their measurement and did their installation and the product is beautiful. We have very nice windows and doors. I think it was 16 overall to including two sliding doors conversion of one window to a sliding door and 14 other windows somewhere picture window somewhere sliding windows, but they were all done perfectly and they worked beautifully. The result has been an improvement in our heat efficiency because the windows are gas filled and very efficient and conserving the temperature of the house and I think we’re running our heating and air conditioning at about 6° higher for the air conditioning and 6° lower for the heating that’s all we are very pleased with the result.

$54,000 was the quote for two patio covers. 23’x17’ and 16’x9’ no lights or ceiling fans, just the cover. For another 20k I could have a steel building with concrete, power,lights,insulation and 40’x30’. This is crazy!! I hope people aren’t paying for this. The construction prices are out of control. And it’s a two day install. This is insane.

The project manager and sales teams were great. The windows are great. I love the look of them. They slide open easily and the locking mechanisms are easily accessible.
