Speedy service! I had an issue with the electricity going out in 1/2 of the house. I called Grivet Electric, and they happened to be in the area. They came right over. The issue (breaker problem) was fixed in a couple of minutes. I will have them on speed dial from now on.

I am so happy with the customer service and quality of work that I Received from Grivet Electric. I’m a warehouse manager and Brian worked really well to meet our needs as an active operating commercial Warehouse. The installation of our new electrical system was quick and painless. We never lost a second of our work time during the installation. Brian is very understanding and accommodating.Very happy with the results from this commercial project. Brian came out and inspected the issues I was having with flickering lights. He explained what I could do to fix some of the aluminum wiring issues myself. He also inspected the 25+ year old circuit breaker box & cleaned up some of the wiring. Other electricians have charged me a visit charge which he did not. Guaranteed, I will use him for future upgrades/repairs.

So grateful to Grivet! They came out and fixed an outdoor outlet for us on super short notice (my fault for waiting and we needed it fixed before going out of town). He was fast, professional, and even installed a new waterproof cover for us!

After Tempe was hit hard by the strong microburst, Brian kept in communication and found the time to swing by my rental property where my tenants had reported an issue with multiple circuits were tripping simultaneous. Fearing the worst, Brian walked through the house and found various issues with how the tenants were overloading these lower Amp breakers. He educated the renters, communicated clearly to me the issues he found and rather than try and diagnose a bigger problem upfront, was calm, and straight-forward about first fixing the overloading, and then keeping a diary to really understand if there was an underlying problem (which may in fact still be present... but the extent of which could only be truly known once the "monkey business" is eliminated. Brian is such a life saver! We had a storm that tripped some of our electrical outlets and despite a lot of (amateur) troubleshooting, we were unable to get them working again. He was able to come out and take a look within a few hours of us calling him and quickly found/resolved the problem. He did all of this within 15 minutes on a Friday so we can have peace of mind over the weekend. I strongly recommend Brian for all your electrical needs!

Brian did 6 small jobs quickly and expertly. I was particularly impressd with his work on a ceiling fan. It was intermittant. I bought a new fan to install, but he found a loose wire inside the existing fan, so it works now, and it is a much better fan than the one I bought and will now return.

Brian is worth 10 stars! Not only did he give us the most reasonable price, but he flawlessly installed two emergency exit signs at my new Ambulatory Surgery Center. Extremely pleasant, quick service and excellent communication. If you're looking for commercial or residential electric repair or installation, look no further. Brian is IT!

Brian scheduled an appointment for within a couple of days I called (non-emergency). I was surprised when I received a call that he had a cancellation and could drop by even earlier than appointment. I had an issue with my outside electrical outlet tripping the circuit breaker. Brian came out on a Saturday – already above and beyond! Not only did he troubleshoot the problem, but he gave me the most practical, dad like advice about why it was happening and how to prevent it in the future. The best part? He absolutely refused to take any payment for his time and help. In a world or that kind of honesty and kindness is rare, this experience really stood out. Highly recommend him for his professionalism, generosity, and genuine care for the customer.
