Walked my through getting my power back on for my bathrooms after we came home only to realize our outside freezer was not working anymore… we live in AZ so while we were panicking we called and they were able to save us lots of money by walking us through what else to try. Awesome service!

We’re moving and needed a ‘real’ electrician to do some repairs so we can show the house. Chris took my call and came out the next day. With the bad work that had been done previously by a restoration contractor, Chris troubleshot the problems and persevered to fix our non-working doorbell and mis-wired and mis-hung ceiling fan. He fixed us up so we can show our house! Time and charge was certainly fair… and I would definitely use Chris again.

Chris was fast, helpful, and friendly. He offered to come right away despite a busy day, and was at my house in less than an hour. He found the issue immediately, solved it quickly and even recommended some things I can do in the future to prevent issues with my home’s aluminum wiring. Price was very fair too. Chris came out to install a Nema 14-50 outlet for a EV car charger. Despite more difficulty than we originally anticipated he was able to get the job done. Chris offered a fair price compared to other electricians.

Chris was fantastic! We called him late evening about an issue with our lights flickering (we had an electrician out earlier in the day that made the issue worse), and Chris was able to get our issue resolved. The other electrician also tried upselling us on a $6k panel, which Chris provided a fair evaluation and said wasn’t needed. Super honest work, and will be using him again.

I had a circuit breaker fail Saturday night before Mother's Day and was leaving on vacation Monday. I called Chris Sunday. He said he'd be out that afternoon on Mothers Day. He replaced my breaker and the outlet on the microwave that caused the trouble. Thanks to Chris, I was able to go on my trip knowing my home was safe.

Had some faulty outlets at my home and called around for service. Ended up finding Grand Electric. Spoke with Chris, very honest and professional. Gave me a great quote and came out and quickly figured out my outlet issues and resolved each outlet. Very honest and professional plus made sure to ask if there were any other issues. 10/10 would recommend!

Chris is a great guy whom I've hired several times. Be good to him and he will be good to you. Yesterday he figured out why our dryer wasn't working. Not only did he reslove the problem but he re-installed the dryer. This was not easy because it was a very small space requiring him to hoist himself over the washer about 5 times and contort his body just to get the dryer and exhaust hoses back in place. I don't think there are too many other electricians who could and would do this sort of acrobatic manuever at 7pm. Thanks Chris!

Called for an outlet install at noon on a Saturday and by 3:30 Chris arrived! He did a fantastic job installing an outlet on a wall with wallpaper that required some tricky maneuvering around studs. A perfect installation! I will definitely call Grand Electric for future electric needs.
