After getting the run-around from others about an issue under our meter, Chris was able to come out the same day, quickly assess the problem, and coordinate with the city lineman to arrive at the same time so the issue could be resolved. Chris was very responsive when we contacted him for an emergency electrical issues. He made room in his schedule and double checked everything to 1. Make sure we didn’t have additional issues and 2. Make sure he resolved our electrical issue. He took care not to damage anything and made sure to leave everything better than when he arrived. I’m local in Scottsdale and believe most contractors try to upsell, and this gentleman was more than fair and will use him again if any opportunity arises. He went into our attic in close to 100 degree heat to make sure no electrical issues where present, no extra charge no hustle just honest work. I would recommend him to anyone. I read his reviews and realized most negative ones are due to him just not having the time to handle all the requests at the exact times clients want them, and that’s understandable, I also believe this guy should have a 5 star rating period. He’s not a huge corporation he’s a man that takes pride in his work and that’s hard to find now.

Chris came in identified the problem fixed it and advised on other problems seen I agreed to get it fixed and still a very reasonable rate. Top shelf all the way.

I had an electric plug that was shorting out my whole bedroom’s power. Chris diagnosed the issue on the phone and was able to fit me in at the end of his workday. He worked efficiently and explained what he did as he completed the job. He was excellent and his price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend him!!

It can be a challenge to find a business that doesn’t instantly only see dollar signs when a customer contacts them with a question or an issue. Chris’s honesty and communication will set his business apart from many other companies. His transparency and professionalism are greatly appreciated. I couldn’t be more impressed with Chris and his electric company. From start to finish, the experience was top-tier. We had an urgent issue with our home’s electrical panel, and not only did Chris respond quickly, but he also took the time to walk me through exactly what was going wrong and what needed to be done — in terms I could actually understand.
