Had an appointment to get some jobs estimated on Friday, 6/25/21 between 11 to 2. 1 PM I called and was not able to get a person on the line. I left a message and no one has called me back. No show for the appointment. Looking for someone else.

I had several companies come out for a quote to run electrical to a hot tub. Rod was the only one who actually knew how to install based on code. I trust them to do future work. They were friendly and professional.

Emailed in and booked an estimate for today. Received a great email back saying we were confirmed today. Timeslot comes and goes today - they didn’t show up. I call and they say they’re contacting their technician and will call back with an update. Now they’re closed for the weekend and my time is almost up trying to get estimates on work for a house I’m trying to buy. Thanks for failing to deliver twice.

Had an appointment for Rod to come out to give me a bid on some work I want to do to my house, the appointment was from 2-4pm I called and confirmed the appointment that morning. They never showed up. I called the office twice that afternoon and no one picked up the phone.. I waited over a week to write this review, thinking they would reach out and try to re schedule or least apologize. Haven't heard back from them, in my opinion that shows their professionalism.

Don’t use this company, they will leave you hanging. They will come out and take your money. Won’t even complete the job. Came out, figured out nothing, and then forced payment with terms to come back. Payed and called, called, and called. Got every excuse under the sun, and then never got a call ever again. They will take your money but won’t do their job. Horrible, will never use again.

This company is top notch! If you're looking for an electrician look no further! I had a guy working on a project at my home and he plugged a power tool into an outdoor outlet and blew out my upstairs electric. They fit me in and stayed late into the evening to ensure my problem was fixed. Thank you Rod Electric! You're the best!

I’ve been bugging my husband to install another outlet outside where our smoker is and finally he found someone / company which is Rod Electric! Just a quick phone call and the setup install date was done! Courteous & fast! They came out and within 30 mins the job was complete solving a husband & wife 5 year on going problem… finally! Highly recommend for any electrical issue you may need!

BUT The guys that came over, and did the actual work were terrific!!!
