I have used and referred my clients to Shields Electric for 25 years. Excellent work, considerate staff, very fair prices. They recently installed two pendant lights in my kitchen one of them was about 1/4 " off, they came and fixed it immediately with a smile on their face. They just did a very difficult install of electrical outlet on my block fireplace. It was perfection again. Wayne and his employees give 100% to their customers! I Give them 10 STARS!

We were looking into adding an electric car charger to the front of our house so I decided to get a few estimates and Redline was one of them. I asked about the possibility of just adding and extra outlet to the front of our house so my boyfriend and I could both charge our Chevy's at the same time since our current set up was just not working. Marcus came to see our panel and set up and went over some options. We decided on a new exterior outlet and also got some old breakers and outlets replaced. Our technician Brian showed up at the designated time and did the work so fast. We're very pleased with the work from Redline and will definitely use them again. Everything's been working great. Not only prompt, but actually arrived early and immediately resolved an issue I had with my outdoor lights before installing a motion sensor switch in the house. I also got opinions on installing an EV charger-Connor was great!

Overall very good experience. Transparent with pricing and friendly people who come out to your home who do a great job. The one downside was the scheduling. The first time I was scheduled was Monday morning at 8am, I told them I had a meeting at 9am and I waited until 8:15am but nobody called or answered. I had to leave for work to not miss my meeting but then after 8:30 someone said they were on their way. The office was a little bit rude when I called explaining how frustrated I was.

Omar, was very helpful. Explained everything which made it easier for me to understand. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was a excellent tech to represent your company.

John actually answered the phone, at 8:30 on a Sunday night, and came right over for an urgent situation. I called seven other places and either got an AI assistant who in robotic fashion said oh no that is a shame, when I said this is urgent. Welcome to the future. The others never called back. John fixed the problem!

As a General Contractor who does residential remodels, I can say whole heartedly and with confidence that Redline stands out from the rest. Their attention to detail and service mindset make them my first call on projects. They leave projects clean and complete. The only reason I have to call them after a project is to compliment the tech. Just save yourself the time and start with them.

The team at Redline Electric did a fantastic job setting up our Ring cameras and fixed the wiring to our coach lights. We found them to be responsive, efficient, on time, and good communication throughout. I would definitely use their services again.

Redline came to the rescue after I had a very inconvenient late night power outage at my residence.
They were super conscientious and resourceful in fixing the main circuit at my residence. They saved me a lot of time (and money) by requesting a photo of the panel that needed to be replaced so they would not need to show up just to have to make a trip to their supply warehouse for the part. In addition the technician offered to stop charging me for his time me while I called the power company to get an estimate of how long they would take as they were needed to turn power back on.
Solid job Redline. I would 100% recommend.

Redline’s technician, Dave, was great. After a short peek in the attic, he figured out that the request (taking an outdoor outlet “off” a wall-switched circuit) could be done inside the switch box, did it, and they cut the bill from the estimate since they didn’t have to run new wire! Absolutely satisfied with their work and professionalism!

Gavin got to our house an hour before his scheduled arrival time, determined the problem with our outlets and fixed them. He was very professional and friendly, and we are grateful to him and Redline for their work.

I highly recommend Redline Electric. John ran a new circuit for a chest freezer, extended existing circuit wiring to add an under-eaves outdoor outlet, used existing interior outlets and extended wiring through the wall to add new exterior outlets and installed 2 ceiling fans. John was very knowledgeable and personable and kept me informed of his progress. Cost was very reasonable.
