Called Redline Electric because another company had been out to inspect my panel, and proceeded to put on the hard sell for replacing all of my breakers, or entirely upgrading it. I obviously wanted a second opinion. Redline responded to my inquiry immediately, and was able to schedule an appointment for me within a few days. The electrician, Gavin W. and his apprentice Connor G. were extremely friendly, and answered my endless stream of questions. As I suspect my panel, while old is in good condition. Gavin tighten up a few things, but overall he did not have to do much.

When I asked him how much to replace my breakers, he too told me my breakers were on the expensive side Square D breakers for the win, but his price was less than half of what the other company was asking for, for the same thing. In the end he suggested I reach out to SRP to see if there might be something with my drop, or the circuit to my house, as he could find no reason for the intermittent power drops we are experiencing.

Even still the breakers are 37 years old, so I might just go ahead and replace them; and if I do you can be certain I’ll be calling Redline Electric and asking for Gavin.

Redline Responded to my request to replace a circuit breaker within 30 mins and had the faulty circuit breaker replaced quickly. When that did not solve the issue they recommended I check the outlets on the circuit. I quickly found and replaced the faulty outlet to completely solve the issue.

I have used Redline Electric for several projects over the years. I decided that they are my electricians so I signed up for their Code Red Service and also had them install a whole house surge protection device. Their techs are always on time and they let you know they are on the way, which I find helpful. I have been very satisfied with the work they have performed, the way they leave their work area when done, and how they communicate. These guys are real professionals. I highly recommend them.

I reached out to them to get a quote for replacing old fluorescent lights in my kitchen and replacing a chandelier. Redline has top-notch employees. Marcus came out to give us a quote on electrical work we needed on our home. We wanted to add more outlets in our garage and bring some older items into code. The quote was comprehensive and easy to review, have adjusted, and approve online. Dave did an excellent job during the 2 days he was here. For all the work and additional outlets we added (7 in total), we only have one spot of drywall to repair. Yay! We will contract them again.

Redline showed up on-time, was professional, and patiently listened to the back story as we walked the property to look at all the electrical issues. He talked me through options, made recommendations, and then GOT IT DONE. He had good judgment, which means that I didn't have to hover around to answer a question every five minutes.

I am done with other electrical companies! I am not shopping around for prices. I'm not going through the brain damage. One call--they come out--they get it done! --> Life is good.

The solar technician (Will) was very professional, personable and easy to communicate with.
He answered all my questions and very efficiently replaced 4 of my microinverters.
When he was done he gave me the new microinverter numbers and barcodes.
He reminded me to call his office the next day to verify the new microinverters were reporting and if there was any problem he would come out and take care of it.

Redline Electric did a great job installing my EV charger. It was an all day project and John did a terrific job. Very professional, kept me informed about
what he would be doing. Went over the charger with me to make sure it was working properly. Cleaned everything up. One of the best professionals ever. Would highly recommend Redline Electric.

Our main breaker failed on a late Sunday evening so we began calling electricians for emergency services. Redline was the only company that answered my call and it was an actual technician! We called at least 6 other companies and got only a message or answering service. John was the technician that answered and he was phenomenal! He got to our house within an hour and had the breaker replaced after a run to the off-hour supply store. We were grateful and impressed with the service from John and Redline!
