I can’t say enough wonderful things about DKA technologies. I was so blessed and fortunate to have met Marcellus through my home warranty company. He came out and assisted me very swiftly. He was kind and professional. At the time, I was on the cusp of a pretty significant remodel (due to an insurance claim) and I didn’t know who I could possibly hire to assist me with my electrical. I couldn’t find a contractor to save my life so I had to hire my own trades. I thought the interaction with Marcellus was exceptional and so I asked for his card. The very next day, I contacted him and he has been assisting as my go-to electrician for my year long project! DKA has provided a superior customer service experience and one that really can’t be measured in adequate words. I entrusted my home to DKA and they had full access at all times. I never once had any issues. I had to call them out in a pinch for a last minute situation for my kitchen and they truly made adjustments to their schedule to assist- I was so stressed . They made a point to ensure that I had adequate knowledge at all stages so that I could make an informed decision about what I needed for my home. They also walked me through various scenarios that would actually save me money! They have done everything on my project from assisting with a blown breaker , adding speaker wire behind walls, putting up fans in all rooms, adding three new 20 amp circuits to my kitchen and more ! There was nothing that was too small or too big for DKA. They treated me as their individual customer like I was a huge multi-year , $300,000 contract. They truly bent over backwards to assist me and I am and will remain so very grateful. I couldn’t have made this home project a reality without their help. There is just no way! This is by far, hands down the best decision you can make for your electrical or security needs. I love DKA so much that I even asked them to help me take a look at my fifth wheel electrical because I keep blowing a breaker! They are willing to help me out even with that !!! I’m so fortunate! Please give these guys a call you won’t regret it!
