I'm currently waiting to speak to a tech to fix an issue. It's been a week now and 3 calls to only be told I'd be contacted within 24 hours, to me being put a queue and would be contacted when my name comes up, to...making it a priority I'd be called back. I feel now they are suggesting they want a tech to come to my house, want a $190 service fee plus labor. I was told this could be handled over the phone which it should, it's a very simple issue. It does not require a tech to come to my house. I'll be contacting Woodside Homes who contracted this unprofessional company and perhaps tell them stop playing their childish lying games and follow through with a consumer. I'd never use this company moving forward let alone buy a home equipped with this companies devices.

Miguel from Smart Systems Technologies came to our house in Maricopa and set up our security system in a timely manner and was very efficient. He also helped us create our smart systems login in and showed us how to utilize all the features of our new system. I would definitely recommend Smart System Technologies as an affordable and secure security system.

We were not looking to buy a home security system and never wanted a security contract. SST and our home builder a business agreeement. We were contacted by SST about their services. We explicitly told the SST sales agent that we never wanted a security system or contract this from the very beginning. He assured us that we would not be obligated to sign a contract. He said SST and our Home Builder included the package called the "White Glove service" with our home but were not obligated to sign a service agreement. We agreed and scheduled the installation since it came with the home. We reiterated to our sales agent we did NOT want a contract and he said whenever we decided to activate the service we could do so at a latter time. They installed the system and asked us to sign off on the work order for it. A month later we received the first bill for a contract which was 3 years. We call customer service and explain we never wanted a contract and no one said anything about signing a contract. The customer service agent was rude and said we signed the contract and that was that. They did not want to listen to the fact that we never wanted the contract to begin with. The customer sale agent said it clearly said in the contract that we had a 30 day grace period in which to cancel the contract. And sure enough it was in there but our original sales agent never told about this. Now granted that I take some blame for having signed paper work without reading it. But if I was told that a contract would be provided for me to sign no the day of installation, I would have not signed it. I thought I was signing off on the hardware installation being completed. And even the technician did not mention that what I was signing off on was a security contract. And the cancellation fee is the entire contract amount for all 3 years. We are extremely disappointed for how we were treated and now are on the hook for 3 years to pay for a security system we never wanted in the first place. This is a dishonest business practice. It perhaps shows that this company cannot rely on the quality and value of its service to retain customers. Also the original sale agent we worked with no longer works at SST. We reached out to him before he left and he said he would talk to his manager about it and nothing happened. So don't make the same mistake I made.

called up to let them know i had made a payment due to non payment for several months. Called and i got Chloey out of tempe i believe and she was great. Great personality, great sense of humor and professionalism. Keep up the phonomenal job that you do Chloey along with your great personality. Thank you for putting up with my craziness lol
