I have used NowPow at least 10 different occasions starting with a major electric overhaul of my large industrial kitchen space, installation of a commercial power pedestal, custom installation of a large commercial sign into a interior restaurant wall and allow easy light switch control of signs brightness, hanging TVs in my home with no signs of cords or power sources visible!!!! I called Jeromie because the outlets in my living room didn’t work. We had just moved back into our house after major renovations and found there was no electricity to the outlets. I hoped Jeromie would be able to discover the problem and restore electricity to the outlets. He spent over an hour troubleshooting and testing and couldn’t locate the problem. He did change out three sockets that he thought may be part of the problem. He narrowed it down to a failed connection between the electrical panel and the circuit. He surmised the problem was most likely in a junction box located above the ceiling. Not knowing just where they are he couldn’t go any further. He was very knowledgeable and had all the necessary tools on hand. He was able to schedule my appointment for just 2 days after I called. He is very professional.
