I received the wrong product. I have called and left multiple VM. I have texted. I have sent emails to every email listed on the website. I am getting no response form anyone. This one star review it just to try to make contact with customer support. Please reach out to me.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a part, they charged my card and have not sent the part. I've tried to reach someone and they don't answer the phone or text. So much for giving a small business a shot. I don't think it's too much to ask for an order update.

I have a tracking number that indicates shipping label created on 3/26. It is now 4/14. Items have not arrived and no progress is indicated.

10+ calls, a couple of voice mails, and online form submittals have resulted in no response.

Horrible communication. I ordered a tool from these guys a month ago and it never showed up. I finally got a tracking number form them 2 weeks after I paid them and sure enough they had not shipped the product yet. a month latter now and they still have not shipped my product. I sent Emails, texts, and called them around 15 times over 3 days with ZERO response. I finally had to contact my credit card company and flag the transaction as fraud at which point they finally issued me a refund. I would steer clear of buying anything from these guys. I have found multiple reviews from people dealing with the exact same issue. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered something October 29th.

Didn't hear back on the order confirmation until Nov 25, after prodding them numerous times already.

Have not received products yet.

Since Nov 25, have not heard NOT A WORD... I have literally called 50 times since then, likely left half a dozen voice messages (would have left more, but voice mail almost always full already!), and emailed 20 times, to all three different email addresses I can find for the company... and I have heard NOTHING back.

Absolute joke of a business.

Update: January 31, 2025 - Our finance folks managed to get in touch with someone at their end I guess, and a full refund was issued. Thank you.

But why did it take over 2 months to get sorted? The fact that they issued the refund must mean they never shipped anything... Even though the order was placed over 3 months ago.
