Communication from this company is atrocious. Ordered 3 qty of a product on 6/6/25 and received 1 on 6/11/25. They said they were out of stock on the other 2, and would send them later.

Myself and 2 other employees have been persistently trying to get in touch with them for the past 2 months, to no avail. E-mail...phone calls.. texts... even their online chat.

The website even shows it's back in stock.

I understand it's a small company, but this is unacceptable.

I ordered something on Dec. 29th, and over 2 weeks later I have not received my product, but my credit card was charged right away. I have sent multiple emails, as well as phone calls and texts, and this company does not answer any communication. I had to file a dispute for the charge with my credit card company. Either this company has gone out of business, or it is a fraud. Don't order anything unless you're prepared to dispute the charge with your credit card company.

Ordered 2 items on September 29th. I received an email saying both shipped, then it was corrected saying partially shipped. Its now November 18th and I still have not received the 2nd item. I've left 2 messages and have not received a call back yet or any form of communication. With service like this they are definitely paying for reviews.

No answer to email and no answer to phone calls. Is this place a scam or what. I have tried calling for the last 3 days and left voice mail and sent them an email yesterday...NO RESPONSE TO ANYTHING. Do what you say on your website and answer the phone and voice mails.

Shipped a $45 dollar relay instead of my $400 sensor and won't answer the phone or respond to emails. My order has been partially shipped for more than a week. I'm mainly writing this review so it catches their attention and I can get some sort of response/refund from them.
