Floor Refinishing reviews in Tempe, Arizona

They did a fabulous job. The crew was professional, efficient and very thorough. Hard workers and pleasant to be around. Would highly recommend them. Patios look new!

These guys are top rate professionals. Travis and the team went the extra mile to make sure that customer satisfaction was top of mind. Our 20 year old travertine looks new! We have used Bakers in the past and will use them for all of our stone needs inside and out!

The main floor came out pretty good, but before they left, I went into the bathroom and noticed that they did not do the shower. The workers said it wasn't included. This made no sense, of course it was, so I called the office and they said no and it would be an additional $300 to do the shower. Now my grout lines are different from the flooring and it is basically one piece. You go in the bathroom and you can see the shower, the tile goes up the wall and you step in from the floor to the shower, so its really one piece. So annoying and horrible customer service. I don't recommend - get your estimate crisp and make sure you have everything covered.

Kyle and his team at Baker's Travertine did a great job! I am very pleased with their work.

Baker's Travertine Power Clean sealed our travertine floors when it was initially installed and have maintained our interior travertine floors and exterior flagstone patios over the past 12 years.

They did an exceptional job of cleaning, sealing, polishing, honing, and repairing cracks and grout to blend beautifully with the natural stone.

They were professional, courteous, arrived on time, worked diligently, assisted us in moving our furniture when the job was done, and provided information on how to best care and maintain travertine.

Our floors are a "piece of art" and look gorgeous!

We highly trust and recommend Baker"s Travertine Power Clean services! Thank you, Kyle and Cody!

Just had our travertine polished and finished. The team did an excellent job. They were very professional and tidy. I would highly recommend this company. Amazing job!

I got my first quote for my patio travertine cleaning from Baker's. Miles came over and walked my backyard, and was very informative in explaining their process. I immediately felt confident and comfortable with this company. After receiving the quote, I got another quote that ended up being a little lower, so I went with the other company. The other company not only did not clean the travertine, but they also blasted off chunks of it, which I found scattered all throughout my yard. Long story short, it became a huge expensive headache, and I ended up calling Baker's back. While trying to figure out how to get the other company to fix their mess, I consulted with Baker's. Miles came back out to inspect my tile and give me recommendations. I SOOO regret not using them in the first place. They were knowledgeable, patient in explaining their process, professional, and seemed to be a company with integrity. I will be recommending Baker's and using them from now on. Special should out to Miles, who was very helpful and informative. I look forward to working with him and this company again in the future.

Wonderful job! We’ve lived with Travertine tile for over 25 years and this team has done the best cleaning and sealing we’ve seen. Team is prompt, organized, and efficient. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

I’m so glad we found Bakers Travertine! They did a beautiful job hoaning and polishing our travertine. Everyone that came to our house was very professional, efficient, and cared about pleasing us. Not to mention a very great price! A really great experience all the way around!

Bakers Travertine Power Clean is elite in travertine cleaning! I purchased extremely expensive white travertine and did not seal it right away…it became a huge issue and completely yellowed. Bakers came out and restored it to new, I couldn’t believe the difference! I will be using them for re-sealing from now on!

What a beautiful result! My floors were filthy and the team made recommendations and the outcome was amazing. I am so grateful for the above and beyond service delivered as well. Very professional and supportive. I will definitely use Baker’s again. Thank you, Kyle!

I am extremely impressed with Bakers, and in particular Kyle the Forman, Ivan and Michael who worked tirelessly on our job(s) for several days. We have travertine pavers on our large patio and it needed a lot of help to stop the deterioration that had occurred. (Hint- don’t listen to anyone who tells you not to seal your outside stone!) Inside, we have large travertine tiles that they brought to such a shine it looks almost wet! They filled holes and painted the grout- which is a game changer and makes our floors look new! I am really impressed and having had a lot of experience in remodeling and contractors, I can whole-heartedly recommend Bakers. Professional, timely, extremely helpful and conscience with excellent attention to detail- this crew was fantastic to work with and we will definitely call for any other work we have in the future. In a world of mediocre, Bakers excels in their craft.

Tom's team was excellent. Showed up the day scheduled and the final finished product exceeded our expectations. The team was professional, communicated well, cleaned up after done and when finished made sure we were pleased with our Travertine and Pavers.

I picked Baker's to clean and seal my travertine patio because of their 5-star reviews. They deserve every star. Doing business with Baker's is an easy blend of technology and good old-fashioned values like hard work, quality and attention to detail. I called for a bid and promptly received an appointment. Within seconds I received a text confirmation. I also received one - maybe two - reminders before the appointment. I also received phone calls from the estimator and the 3-man crew who came out to do the work about 30 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. It took the crew about 6 hours to do the work. They have a proven process and don't take any shortcuts. Our stone looks great. And don't let the shine fool you - it's not slippery! I also thought they price was more than reasonable. Don't look anywhere else.

The Baker team of Kyle, Tyler, and Matt did an incredible job of cleaning, patching, and polishing our 20 year old travertine floor. Their team work was outstanding, attention
to detail and professionalism made the floor look almost new! Great job!

We love our floors! So shiny and they look new! We have used Bakers Travertine several times through the years and they always do a good job!

Let me just start by saying this is one of the best companies I’ve worked with. From the estimator who answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable, to the gentleman who scheduled the work and went above and beyond to help me with the perfect timing and lastly the 3 gentlemen who made my travertine and grout look like brand new. Thank you Baker’s Travertine!!! You are all amazing and your work ethic is impeccable!

I recently approved a quote and utilized “Bakers Travertine Power Cleaning” to clean the travertine tile and grout in my home. I am so impressed with the results. I had high-traffic areas like the kitchen and master shower that were seriously overdue for a deep clean, and they totally delivered.
Miles provided us with a very fair estimate on their service and included optional items in the bid to select from. The technicians, Kyle and his crew, were fantastic. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were incredibly thorough. Each one of them took the time to walk me through their process and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. You could tell they paid close attention to every detail. Kyle and crew….Thank you so much for the excellent job in cleaning/polishing the tile, color sealing the grout and helping to protect our investment.
My travertine floors and grout lines are now much brighter and clean, and the tiles have a beautiful polished shine. The whole space looks and feels so fresh and renewed. I highly recommend “Bakers” to anyone looking for a top-level tile and grout cleaning service, or for any type of stone care and cleaning. They delivered exceptional quality and customer service, and I will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Kyle and his team at Baker’s Travertine did an outstanding job on our tile! They cleaned and polished it beautifully, bringing it back to life and making it look brand new again. They even repaired a large crack that we thought was beyond fixing—it blends in perfectly now. The entire process was professional, efficient, and exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Baker’s Travertine to anyone looking to restore or repair their stone.

Very satisfied with the work performed. These guys are professional. They have the correct equipment, the trained staff and the experience to do a job right. This company is worth every dollar of cost for the project.

The crew at Bakers Travertine is very professional and courteous. They’ve restored and sealed our travertine floors a few times over the last 10 years and we are very happy with their service.
