CMK pools provides excellent service for repairs on my pool in a timely fashion, and reminders for maintenance are sent to keep my pool working as it should. Personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. Mark has been great resource for CMK. Thank you CMK!

I had become so frustrated with various pool services. I found a brochure on my front door last year and gave them a call. My pool needed emptying and cleaning. Outstanding service at a very reasonable price. My text messages were always answered promptly and accurately.
Now it's peak pool season and my salt cell control panel pooped out. I called and Chris gave me a referral. When I couldn't get a response from the referral I texted Chris and he followed through. Quickly I got a response from the referral and the service was completed quickly...the controller was repaired and I didn't feel forced into buying a whole new salt cell system.
I really like the promptness of response and the follow through of CMK. I highly recommend them.

From the beginning of the job to the end, everyone that came to work on my pool was friendly and professional. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND CMK pools. Excellent customer service and craftsmanship on the total remodel of our 1982 pool. We had the work done while out of country for 3 weeks and had total confidence in Mark, part-owner, who did a fabulous job staying on schedule and updating us with photos on the progress of the remodel. Mark contacted us because the bull-nose tile we had picked out was too thin for the job. We entrusted him to pick out the tile in our absence. Mark had met with us, talked with us, listened to us and had a clear idea of what we had in mind. Mark picked out the PERFECT tile! As promised, upon our return the pool was completed, filled, chemicals in, and the new pump set up. Our new pool is BEAUTIFUL and we are very grateful to Mark for a job well done. He went above and beyond for us.

UPDATE - Mark Kerwood has been bullying me to remove my review by posting libelous comments on my Facebook business page and on my Better Business Bureau business page, although he has never been a client. His behavior completely lacks integrity. I have now filed a formal complaint with the BBB.

UPDATE: I received a threatening text message from Mark after posting my review. I definitely wouldn't do business with this company and/or give them access to your cell phone number.

I wish I could give a zero review. I gave this company a second chance after one of their pool techs back-washed my pool, but neglected to close the backwash valve afterward, resulting in my pool being 1/3 drained during the night when the pool pump came on to filter the pool. The pool tech then lied about the incident and blamed it on my "faulty pool pump." After Chris, the owner, came out to inspect the situation, it was clear that he had lied. Chris did not offer me any consideration in terms of fees or rebating the cost of refilling my pool, so I fired them for incompetence. Years later, I (unfortunately) decided to give them another try, assuming that the bad pool tech had probably been fired by then.

Unfortunately, I had a worse experience this time around. After just a few visits, it was clear that my pool vac wasn't covering the whole pool, but when the tech came he would always take a photo from the end of the pool where he could cut out the debris at the bottom of the pool from the image. I, of course, contacted Chris and asked that the tech make sure the pool equipment was working properly before he left. this proved to be an impossible task unless I was at home to go out and show him how the pool equipment was not functioning properly. Chris then told me that I needed to replace my sand filter--which I hired them to do. This not only took over six weeks to complete, but it caused my pool to become cloudy and they left a mess that I had to make several requests before they cleaned it up. Gosh! I am a smart woman who runs a successful business. The reason I hire companies to handle tasks like this is because I need to focus my time on other things. Outsourcing my pool service to CMK Pools was such a mistake! It has cost me many times over in trying to get their work corrected.

STOP!!! Wow what an amazing company and unbelievable professionalism. I called CMK pools because I was tired of my pool company and even on a Saturday there Repair technician Tom came out and diagnosed our equipment. And wow I wasn't prepared, this guy was good he found every problem with our pool, spa, and our equipment. He was super friendly and chris was more than fair with his pricing compared to other companies and I couldn't believe that Tom came out on a Sunday and fixed everything in a few hours I thought he would take a week but he had everything working and had our spa heated before he left, we couldn't be more thankful to CMK for there amazing quality of work!

What a great pool company I found recently . CMK company is very professional and train their people so well, they done a very great job especially Rob for helping me clean my pool perfectly . I'm happy with the results.

We have used multiple pool companies and this company is by far the best. They always show up and my pool always looks spectacular. The last few companies couldn’t get rid of the algae…then I switch to CMK and algae is gone in two weeks and hasn’t returned. Chris and Mark are very responsive and my pool girl is awesome. LOVE this pool company!!!

ANTHONY, is our new pool guy. The first guy was OK, but didn’t pay much attention to details. But Anthony, WOW! Ask for him. He’s the first cleaner that scrubs the steps inside the pool! Why the other guy didnt, I have no clue. But Anthony scrubs the walls, the steps and even though we have a vacuum he scrubs the floor! He very friendly, polite, seems to enjoy his job. I really enjoy and appreciate him! Thanks buddy!

Mark and team were an absolute joy to work with. My 1999 pool was outdated and the plaster was definitely past its prime. From the moment I first contacted CMK, my pool refinish project was managed professionally, smoothly and met all my expectations.
