Really happy that I found this company. I despise cleaning my filter. Great to be able to set an appointment and have the filters come back looking like new. Definitely a key component of my pool care!

I wish I had taken before pictures to show how incredibly mucked up my filters were. Let’s just say I went waaaaayyyyy too long between cleanings and they each weighed a ton due to the dirt and crud clogging the filters up. I’ve done the hose cleaning by hand and it is messy, time consuming and not at all fun in the summer. I called and was able to drop them off same day. They needed extra love and care and rebanding so I left them to do their magic over night. Wow, they came out so much better than I could have gotten by hand. And the rebanding alone was the bonus for me, they rebanded every section.

Paul was manning the front desk and was as pleasant as can be, he even gave me a guided tour of their machinery and processes. When I returned, Paul kindly rolled the clean filters out to my car and covered everything I should do to maintain them going forward. They even provided a list of what was wrong and how to address it. If you get your filters cleaned there (and you should) read the hand out closely, one of the entries cracked me up.

I understand they will give a discount when people leave 5-Star reviews. I didn’t do this review for that reason, their prices are reasonable, I just want people to know these guys do a great job and you should give them a try.

I have used filter clean for several years now and have always been very happy with the service and cleanliness of my filters.

Page, the owner, was on site on Saturday and helped me. Very friendly & personable. I didn't have an appointment but he took my filters and had them sparkling clean in less than the time it took us to go see a movie nearby.
The report provided contains useful and helpful info. too.
Totally worth it for the time & water you save. I used to clean mine myself and it flooded the back yard, took hours, and they did not come out as clean as this.
I highly recommend them and will be back this Spring.

Excellent service! I came in from out of town with 2 sets of roughly treated filters. They took care of me and I was able to pick up on my next trip to town. Very knowledgeable staff provided a detailed plan for the best way to lengthen the life of my filters while providing great filtration. Thanks for all the help. I'll definitely be back.

I really like this service. Cleaning the pool filters is one of my least favorite tasks with the mess it creates, and the water it wastes. They have quick turnaround and they are friendly.

No comparison! Our pool man used to take our pool cartridge filters to FilterClean, saying it was the best way to clean them. When he retired, I called the large pool supply store chain which came to our home and hosed off the filters. Obvious debris was removed, but the filters were still gray with dirt. Less than a month later, the pump’s pressure increased significantly. Since “hosing off” was so ineffective, I learned how to remove the cartridges and drove them to FilterClean. Owner Page was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was soon driving my very white filters home. I installed the filters, flipped the switch, and joyfully watched the pool cleaner climb the walls of the pool like I had not seen in a very long time. Page, I will be back. Thank you for your amazing, cost-effective service!

I typically don’t write reviews, but if anyone owns a pool and has ever cleaned their cartridge filters, you know how much of a pain in the butt it is and how much time it takes. you can never get them as clean as when you first bought them.(I wish I took before and after pictures) I definitely will next time.With no exaggeration, these filters were as clean as they were when I first purchased them for 300 bucks. I was a little skeptical at first, but now I’m 100% sold. I’ll never clean my filters myself again. I wish a place like this existed 30 years ago I could’ve saved myself countless hours cleaning filters over the years. I will never clean my own filters again, 100% worth the money!

These guys did a great job on my filters. I was able to drop them off and they notified me by text when they were done. It seemed like they wasted no time at all on cleaning the filters. They were pretty dirty when I dropped the off and they looked almost new when done. I'll be back in a few months.

Great service. Drop your dirty filters out front in the provided cans. Log in and wait for a pickup text. No dealing with trying to clean them and wasting water. They even rebranded filters allowing me to get 2 more years of use

I used the pick up service after years of using FilterClean and dropping my filters of personally. I would have given 5 stars as the filters looked good but I got an e tea charge for heavy soiled filters. I just bought new filters this year and this was their first cleaning and had only been in my system for 4 months, they were not that bad compared to my older filters I replaced. I feel like the add one for heavy soil, or dry filters, is subjective and you don’t really know these are being added until you look at your reciept after the fact. Not a huge fee but just can feel like a sleight of hand regardless of how truly bad your filters are. Regardless I’ll still use FilterClean in the future to save water which is more important to me.

FilterClean was amazing! I live in the far northwest valley and they picked up my cartridges in the morning and had them cleaned and returned that afternoon!! They look brand new!

I was initially interested in their service due to the low water usage because it concerns me over how much water I have to use when I clean the cartridges myself. In addition, their pricing is very reasonable and their pickup/drop off service is amazing!

I have used filter clean twice now and both times have been a great experience. They communicate well, keep in touch and give recommendations on how to keep your pool filters in top shape. They pick up and deliver the filters if needed and always let you know when they will arrive to pick up or deliver. I would give them more stars if I could!
