I’m a first time user of Filter Cleans services and found working with their staff pleasant, precise, and professional. The process was effortless and once the filters were cleaned had a very positive impact on the pool chemistry balance.

Went there Saturday with an appointment. The owner seemed very kind and very enthusiastic about his business. I never knew my filters were supposed to be that much brighter and lighter. My filters had few broken binders - they did fantastic job fixing all of them. I will visit next time for sure.

I really appreciate the work you do. I think you did a good job. My disappointments were: I set an appointment for just after I got off work on Friday 12:30pm and expected from your website for it to take about an hour and cost about $50. I get to your office and find that it's fist come first served no appointment needed, System 3 filters take 4 hours, and was charged twice as much as I thought. Knowing that I could have dropped the filters off earlier on my way to work and then picked them up on my way home without wasting time and expensive fuel would have been much appreciated. Now I know. Plus your appointment program texted me multiple times to remind me on my appointment, seems silly now. Plus you stated that I need to soak my filters in a acid solution. My filters don't fit in anything that I have found, and I don't have the place to store the container, or else I would have done that already. I would definitely consider paying you for that service, just a thought. I inherited this system and will either convert it or buy new filters, do you sell them?
Again, just voicing my first impressions. Glad you guys are here to help us.
Update, (next day) talked to the owner. He has taken my suggestions to heart and explained how things got out of line. I feel very appreciated and he listened. I will definitely be back and will refer everybody I know. I wish I could get this kind of response from other businesses, especially fast food chains.

I encourage you to try them and contact them if you are concerned about anything, they are working hard to improve every aspect. FYI owner stated that in the future system 3 filters will only take an hour-ish and the appointment system is the way to go for the future filters to be cleaned. If you know someone with pool filters, tell them about these greats folks.

I have been bringing my cartridge filters here for almost 10 years….the same filters, they come in dirty and muddy, and leave like brand new, don’t waste money on new filters, clean your old ones, don’t waste time and water trying to clean them yourself, the nominal fee they charge is a great value and time saver! The new owner is really detailed oriented! You will not regret having your filters professionally cleaned! It will actually save you money by not having to buy new ones! Highly recommended!!

Years ago I was told I needed new filters because the bands were coming off. These guys cleaned them, fixed them and saved me a fortune all without wasting water. The new appointment option was so easy and they were ready right on time. Great service from the new owner!

My wife and I dropped off 8 cartridges this Saturday morning and picked them up 2 hours later, very nice and clean and he put new bands on the ones that needed them.... very good job.

This place is a godsend. I cleaned our cartridge filters one time and the dirt and grime that was left all over our yard lasted for weeks. Not to mention all the water needed.. I drive all the way from Glendale to get them cleaned every other month - worth every penny. So glad I found this company!

Page was excellent from start to finish. He made it so quick and easy and it sounds like the service is only going to continue to better! I had one band falling off and Page replaced ALL of them for me. The price is both hard to beat and totally better than trying to hose those things out yourself. Go with Page and FilterClean LLC !

Great job at cleaning filters the pool is crystal clear by cleaning filters more often. Also the pickup and delivery a big help.

This business was a time/water/money saver for my wife and I, BIG TIME! We put in a pool 3 years ago and dreaded cleaning our salt water filters, every time. It was messy, time consuming and the amount of water it wasted was horrible. She found FilterClean online and we decided it was worth a try. I dropped the four 30" filters off at 9:00 and BAM! At about 10:00 I had a text that they were done. Grabbed them on my lunch hour and they look like new. Clean, deep into all of the pleats and new banding all the way. Zero hours of mine or my wife's time spent, as the shop is on my way to my own business. Bonus? It was about $20 less than I had calculated in my mind, without any discounts. Yes, I'll be using this service every 3-4 months and getting a lot more use out of my filters, because of it. If you're on the fence, just do it. I wish that I had found them 3 years ago! Five stars is all I can give, but I'd give more if possible.

This was my first experience with Filter Clean. I found them to be very professional, efficient, FAST, and caring about more than just providing me with clean pool cartridge filters! They are sincerely interested in growing their business the right way, by providing outstanding customer service. Being careful about water use in Phoenix is important to me and is clearly a top priority of FILTER CLEAN! I was happy to do business with them. I'm sure you will find the same experience.

I feel lucky to have learned of this company! Both the technician and owner were very pleasant and helpful. They cleaned my filters while I waited (<45 mins). The fee was as advertised on their website (and 1/2 what my pool company charges). The filters came out cleaner than if I did it myself at home, and didn't waste all that water. I will use this service again and recommend it to others!

I found out they “pay” (10% discount) for 5 star reviews (for each of 3 different platforms), but since I don’t plan to return, here’s an honest one. For over $140, they got my filters semi-clean, and it wasn’t worth it.

More context: I tried to call to figure out turn-around time. No one answered the phone, and website suggested about an hour, so I headed down. A few rolling trash cans were out front to put your filters in. One of mine wouldn’t fit, so I placed it on the mat out front, with the other inside. Went in, no one around at first, so I started filling out the form. A guy comes up, and asks if I need anything. I asked about turnaround time (this was at about noon) and I was told there was no way to estimate. I explained it would take me about an hour to get back there, and I was trying to figure out if I should hang out around there or go home and come back. He said that was up to me, so I went home. Just before 3:30, I got a text that the filters were ready, so I started back. At 4:10, another text that they close at 4:30. We got there at about 4:20, he comes out and puts them in the back of the truck, and there’s a $141 bill. I ask how it came to that amount, and he said that the filters required extra treatments. He (with his self-reported 171 IQ) then proceeded to man-splain to me (female - masters of science degree) that calcium is an element and how a filter works, and suggested changing my entire filter system to a different one that uses the same filtration material. Upon closer inspection, the filters are no cleaner than what I’ve done myself - for less time and a whole lot cheaper - there’s still a lot of algae in between the pleats. Not worth it, won’t be back.

FilterClean is a great service. I love that they do pickup and delivery service also.
Page picked up my four filters this morning and by the afternoon, I was reinstalling the cleaner filters back into the pump/filter system.
Price was also reasonable! I will have done again at the end of the summer.

The company does an excellent job. The filters were cleaned while I waited (about 15 min). This is my company of choice.
