Always had a good experience with Cqptain Pools. Competitive pricing, always show up on time, and good communication when warranted.

We have been using the services of Captain Pools for over two years and have been very happy with their service. They have never missed any cleaning or service days and take complete care of the pool and its filter system with bi-annual cleanings.

Let me start off with how good they did in cleaning my pool. It was a mess from over the winter and they fantastic job getting the walls back to their original color.
That being said, they left me with a caked on sodden mess in the deep end of the pool. It's roughly 7 feet in diameter, and vacuuming it results in some pretty serious clogs. It'll take a few hours to clear this up. The pictures they sent after they finished the job had the deep end already filling with water, so it wasn't apparent until the next day.

Edit: after fighting to get the pool cleared up, to the tune of another 100+, I can safely say I will never recommend this company, and am number of my coworkers are already aware of the substandard job they did. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option, but I'll have to settle for this warning.
According to other reviews they seem to be able to keep a pool clean, but don`t water 800 bucks for a "cleaning". If I spoke Spanish, I could have found guys at home depot that would have done a better job.

Been putting off replacing my Filter and Heater for over a year now and finally decided to do it. I called 3 companies to quote and all 3 came out but only one actually sent me a quote. That was Captain Pools and they got me a quote same day. They also take care of veterans so thank you very much for that. They had my new pool equipment in and plumbed and pool washed in about a half a day. I wish I had a before picture but this looks amazing an works just as amazing. The only thing left is to finish painting the pipes to match the equipment which they said will be done as soon as they can get more of that color that is currently sold out. Regardless the color I am super pleased and told them that when we move we will hire them if we need anything done. He said they even build pools so that may be something we end up doing depending on the property we move to next.

The Captain Pools team remodeled our entire pool and deck and we couldn’t be happier. It was an easy process and they were very quick, efficient and helped quickly fix any issues along the way. Would definitely recommend and very excited for summer in our new pool! Thanks all!

2/17 update: They also recently came out to clean out filter and did an exceptional job, quick and great price, and the pool is running smoothly again ahead of the warm months. Thank you!

Great people to deal with that stand by their work. Will look to them for any projects on our pool! Our pool looks great with our new Deck, Pebble tech, Tiles, and Water Slide.

Fast forward three years: pool deck is cracked so badly it’s needs to be torn out and replaced. Apparently concrete work is something Captain Pools does not do well. First time we had issues with the cracks, they sent someone out and filled in the cracks with basically the cool deck paint. Looked ok so we were appreciative of them following up, and left this review. I didn’t even try to follow up with the additional problems because of how they “fixed it” the first time. Without spacers and the pour against the foundation (from Captain) these issues would have gotten worse without a full chip out.
I’m sure their other services are fine but they did me dirty with their cement work. After reviewing their website I feel like they extended themselves beyond what they could do. Also, the pebble tech had a stain that continues to grow and it turns out this was rebar causing the rust stain. Pretty sure this was warrantied, but have NO paper work or know who to contact about this. I’m just turning the page. Buyer beware. Had to say something just because I keep getting alerts about this post being helpful. Hope there aren’t any others like me who use Captain Pools for any bigger projects. 5 star to a generous 2 star.

We had a great experience with Captain Pools remodeling our 15-20 year old pool. They redid the interior, as well as fixed some concrete work that was needed. Responsiveness from the owner was also efficient, which is something you do not always see these day. Would highly recommend them.

I said I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but this one tears it.

Under their guidance I drain the pool and they said it was ok with the temps to leave it drained….now I have cracked and blistering plaster.

They installed a leveler at double what Amazon costs, which I had to do the work for. The kid who came out left trash in the yard and the copper anode they recommended out of the pump. I called them to complain and instead of fixing anything they dropped my account and said “no more, mistakes happen but that’s it”

They come back to take the auto leveler away, turn the water off and my plants are dead in 117 degree weather.

Thanks captain pools, if you’d like to right the wrongs done I’d be happy to talk..

Lucas is amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable about pools. I would highly recommend this company for any of your pool service needs.

This morning, Captain Pools sent one of their many Superheroes to clean our pool filters. I was thinking, we just bought new filters less than a year ago they can’t be that bad. Wrong!
However, in what used to take us all day to accomplish, Scott had them looking new in about an hour. He also gave me great advice on an issue that I was struggling with regarding a hose leak which saved me the cost of hiring a plumber.
We have used Captain Pools for many years and every employee that we have dealt with is incredibly polite, professional, and kind.
I enthusiastically recommend them!

Lucas and the whole team at Captain Pools are great! I've been working with Captain Pools for about 4 years now.
They do weekly cleanings at my personal home and airbnbs. I've hired them for several jobs over the years from new pebble tech, new filters, new pumps, pool heater installation, automation system, cool decking and many other maintenance related jobs. They're very fast, responsive and have great prices. I will continue to use them on my personal home and all of my future real estate projects. Regardless of what your pool needs they will take care of you.

Captain Pools is honestly one of the best companies I've worked with. They are very reliable and have helped our Hilton Garden Inn hotel stay perfect for our guests to use. They not only resurfaced our pool and spa but also added a new heater and fixed many repairs with minimal downtime. Pool filter cleaning was well priced and efficient. Additionally, the tech showed me how to set my valves for spa mode along with regular daily settings. He also answered a few other questions that I had along with some general tips and tricks for pool maintenance.

Have been using Captain Pools for 2 pools weekly for the last few years, only good things to say.
